Service was terrible had a 1030 appt 2hrs later my
Terrible service was told work would take 2 to 3 hrs 2 hrs later car still in parking lot. My appt was at 1030. After being it to the attention of maintenance personnel vehicle was attended to. Sseems they forgot about it very dissatisfied.

Manager Luis Garcia lacks ALL qualifications needed to be an effective store manager. He lacks leadership skills, and is NOT specialized in customer service. He is a VERY rude man. He does NOT meet Hyundai's standards.

Worthless service department!
This place has the worst service department! Took them 3 weeks to fix my vehicle. I never once foot 5a call from the service writer, Matthew Chavez, and when I would ask the other service writers for an update they could never give me one or they would put me on hold until I just hung up.
