I bought a used Nissan from Omar for $12k. During the test drive everything went well and the car ran smoothly. Carfax said clean-title (only 2 owners) with no collisions/non-salvage. Great. I tested the components, the feel/steering of the car, etc. I checked under the hood and also underneath the car for rust and other apparent damage, and everything there looked fine. Having had great experiences with OTHER used car dealerships in the past, I put my trust in Omar and bought the car. What a mistake! Within 2 days, the car starts having trouble starting (it's a push button start, so I would press it, and the electronics would turn on but nothing else happened). So I take it to the Nissan dealership....the mechanic looks at it a bit, then comes to me saying "yeah...we need to talk...". I guess, in addition to the TWO ACTIVE RECALLS on the vehicle that Omar didn't bother getting checked out, they also found issues with: - suspension control arms - tie rods - front struts - almost absent brake pads - worn tires (which, to be fair, I knew about that) They said they had no idea how it passed state inspections, and also that the cost to repair everything would be north of $5,000. At that point, I'm still on Omar's side, since I know that dealerships try to get you to buy things you don't need and jack up the price. So a few days later (the Nissan dealership at least got the car to start running again), I brought the car to my trusted mechanic who I've used for 3 other cars. They look it over, and then they're like: "you should return this to the dealer >.<". I guess in addition to validating everything the Nissan dealership said, they ALSO found an issue with the starter motor, which apparently ALSO needs replacement. So I try to be as understanding towards Omar as possible, thinking if I explain things to him, he can help me figure out the issues. After all, I did just give him $12,000. Literally NO help (or any sort of empathy) on anything: - "sorry, you bought it as-is" - "absolutely no returns, it's yours now" - "I gave you a 30 warrantee, see if anything is covered" (spoiler: the warrantee is junk and literally nothing is covered) Then I ask if he can just at least help pay for the new starter motor or literally any of the items that need replacement since none of that is covered. At this point, he drops the nice guy facade, since he literally says to me "sorry you're xxxx out of luck". Great service there. I don't like writing bad reviews, but I'm honestly trying to save other people from getting duped by Omar like I did. I feel like dealers should stand by their product and not take advantage of people. I've had VERY good experiences at other used car dealerships in the past. This is the worst experience I've ever had.

Scammer
I bought a car from these people online. 3 hours after, the transmission went down. A new transmission cost me $1600. No response from the dealer. Beware of this dealer.

Nice until deal is done
The owner is a sweetheart until the deal is done and things go wrong. I was not told the truth about the battery but he put in a new one then threw it I. My face and the 1/2 year warranty give. Me for free when I wanted him to come down on the price of the car. He promised temp tags because DMV was slow never mailed them and now put us on bad position where we live because he used the cheapest FedEx service to mail out our permanent tags and then tried to blame me? I will not be recommending anyone to go here. So sorry I did. Too many after buying issues and hassles.

No Fee Dealership, Awesome Car Buying Experience
This is the best dealership for buying a used car. They do not charge any processing fees, or reconditioning fees. Dave was great to deal with. The price of my car was very fair and the unlimited mileage warranty that I purchased was reasonably priced. Dave has extensive knowledge on the cars he sells. I have purchased several cars in the past but this was by far the easiest and best transaction ever. Thanks Dave !!!

Engine locked up after 3 weeks from purchase
My brother and I traveled out of state to this VA dealership, purchased a car for $3,100 & left satisfied. Three weeks later the engine locked up and the warranty included in the purchase did not cover diagnostics to determine why, which would have cost $665 out of pocket and may have required an additional diagnostics if the initial issue led to further investigation. Which would have included another out of pocket cost. The warranty that we needed, which would have paid for up to $1,000 in repairs was no good to us although paid for. The dealer was willing to find us a discounted engine and finance 50% of the engine upfront if needed but not willing to refund any amount of the $3,100. My brother and I took a total loss on the vehicle after 3 weeks of purchasing the car.

Very happy with my purchase
I drove 140 miles round-trip to buy a car from Park Drive Motors. It was definitely worth the trip. Very stand-up guys. Even before I took the car for a test drive, David informed me of any known mechanical issues. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

get back to us
All I was really expecting was an answer if the car was still available. The dealers should at least have someone checking this for cars that are advertised. I send a response request from cars.com and I tried to call the dealer on the phone and left a message. No response at all.

Not your Typical salesmen
These guys offered the car that we needed and were a pleasure to deal with. We actually brought our kids and they had stuff for our kids to do and I was impressed with the way that David and his brother treated us and were honest and NOT wheel and dealers. Having worked in the auto industry myself and hating the feeling of having to deal with your TYPICAL car sales person, it was nice to just get the facts and sincerity of people with integrity. They were even nice enough to come down on the price to what we could do within reason and also get us the after market key remotes that we needed. THanks to Park Drive Motors we have the car we needed for our growing family.

Awesome Buying Experience And No Processing Fee !!
Found a very nice used car for my stepson here. Dave treated us very well throughout the entire buying process. He was very honest and there are no hidden fees like most dealers. My stepson also purchased an extended warranty at a very reasonable price. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from his dealership.
