We have bought 3 high end Lexus’s from this dealership.
We have bought 3 high end Lexus’s from this dealership. They have been amazing until recently. Last month purchased an LC. Our sales person texted “us to do our own research” She received a nice commission from our purchase. We did not receive a Thank you or follow up email from her or the sakes manager. Very disappointing.

This dealership is amazing!
This dealership is amazing! We had a blowout on I95 during our travel from Florida to New York. Since it was a Sunday nothing was open to get the repair that me needed. Lexus roadside assistance towed our car to Hilton Head Lexus, We were 30 minutes away from the dealership and without a car, First thing Monday morning we called the service department (we spoke with Alex) and they had it inside their shop and told us that they had the factory tire in stock and luckily we didn’t need a new rim. Not only did they do the repair immediately, they sent a driver free of charge to come pick us up at the hotel that we were stranded at, we were back on the road at 11:30 am. Our car was washed, vacuumed and ready to go. I couldn’t ask more than that…amazing service! Thanks you Hilton Head Lexus.

The Hilton Head Lexus Dealership has terrible customer
The Hilton Head Lexus Dealership has terrible customer service for sales. I purchased a pre-owned Lexus 450h and paid for the 6 mons, 6K mile warranty. I also paid to have the vehicle touched up and detailed, AND painted, all of which should have been done prior to vehicle being presented on the lot. It took two additional visits to have the vehicle finally presented in condition to drive off the lot. This is not only my standard, this is the Lexus Brand standard. This dealership is the exception. Absolutely awful follow through after they take your money. Stay away!! Go somewhere else. And definitely don't buy from here if you don't live in the area!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!

THE WHOLE STAFF IS GREAT FROM MGRS TO RECEPTIONIST
I turned in my late husband's leased RX350 which had some equity so I looked around and found a great used car! My salesperson, Keiondre McClintock, is so perfect for his job! Professional and personable. The managers were welcoming and helpful to me and my 90 lb. Goldendoodle. The Receptionist, Anna, went out of her way to provide assistance and water for the dog! Matt in Finance made even that process a joyful experience!

When I arrived at the dealership, I had the test drive with my salesperson, Maria Horan who was very knowledgeable and helpful and the paperwork with Cam, who was very patient in explaining the details. The general manager, Mr Herrin even came over to introduce himself and make sure that I was satisfied with my experience. This was truly a 5 star experience and I am very pleased with my purchase and the interaction with everyone at the dealership.
