Came in looking for a used Kia Optima and was introduced to Steven Crumpton. I expressed my desire in checking out what he had and he had one on the lot ready for me to test drive. Took me around and I LOVED it, the feel of the car coupled with the comfort was great. I was still thinking about other vehicles however and wanted to try out a Honda Accord to compare. Steven was more than accommodating and drove me over to the Honda Dealership (which they also own) and got me behind the wheel of an Accord. Took it for a test drive and wasn't that much of a fan, although it had some great features, The Kia was for me. Sat down and talked numbers and the most impressing thing of the entire experience had to be that I was not pushed to make a decision nor did I feel pressured at all. Steven was excellent and just laid everything right out in front of me. I even left the dealership to attend to some errands and think about my next move. Came back and Steven came right up to me and we talked some more concluding with a deal. All in all great service and experience and I left feeling like I had made the right decision.

I bought a bran new Kia forte 2014 and I love it so much. Renton Kia is one of the best places to buy a car. Because the staff is nice and helpful and they willing to do anything to make your car buying experience the best ever. I have bought three cars from them, and every time my experience has been nothing but AWESOME. I JUST WANT TO SAY THANK YOU TO SAMWISE SORTER the salesman who sold me my car, he did a awesome job because I left happy and very satisfied WITH MY NEW CAR. Last week we stopped in to Renton Kia just to see what they had available, I had a co-worker who had purchased a car from them in December and had nothing but good things to say about the experience. Samwise Sorter walked out to ask us if we needed any help and we let him know that we were just looking, he asked us what we were looking for and after listening to what we wanted in a car pointed us in the direction of the Kia Soul, so fun to drive, much roomier then you would think, able to sync to with all kinds of devices and also gets great gas mileage. We test drove a couple of them and ended up making a deal on one of the cars that evening. Everyone there was super friendly and easy to work with. I would definately recommend Renton Kia to anyone looking to purchase a car. Like Sam said..we have over 300 cars on the lot, we can find you something you like.

It was such a great little car, suprisingly roomy with all kinds of great features and great gas mileage. We decided to purchase it right away. Just bought a 2014 Kia Soul and could not be happier. Haven't checked it all out yet because there are so many wonderful features. Sam and James showed us the new technology available on this vehicle and I am just amazed at how wonderful it all is. We only buy new cars every 10+ years so there is a lot to learn and I am just ecstatic. The buying process was painless. The expertise of the salesmen was amazing. Their enthusiasm was catching. The financial manager was so nice, it was almost unbelievable. We were welcomed to the dealership and experienced not one 'glitch'. Will certainly go back and will recommend this dealer to everyone. .

I just bought a new 2013 Optima Hybrid, and couldn't be happier with the car or the experience. I had done my research, and this dealership had the best pricing and the right inventory, so it was a no brainer, but the buying process was better than I could have ever expected. They good folks that work there were very friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely patient with my need to pick through every little detail of the car, the price, and the financing.
