I went into Auto Nation with low expectations based on my experience through another car dealership. I must say I am Extremely Satisfied with my over all... experience with Auto Nation! My car salesman was John Kraniotis. He approached me with an up beat attitude and was ready to hear all my needs from the start. John was sure to not only meet all my standards as to what I was looking for in a vehicle but also went above and beyond to be sure to do all he could to get me exactly what I wanted. He was patient, honest and over all great to work with.

I stopped by to get an oil change last Friday without an appointment and planning to leave the car there. I asked if I could be dropped off at my office.... The rep came back that the driver is stuck in traffic in Schaumburg and he asked the technician to start an oil change in my car since that will probably be done first before the driver came in. Thank you very much.

Our Guy Bob Oberding came thru again for us. The wife?s car battery died yesterday and the car wouldn?t start. I told her it was original and was 6... yrs old but; you know how that goes! I charged the battery and we drove to Auto Nation. Bob said he would try and have the car done ASAP. We didn?t have an appt. and they were busy. Several hours later Bob called and said the car was ready.. Again, a truly exceptional job by service agent Bob Oberding. Keep up the great work.
