He took his time to show us different cars and explain everything very details from credit report to paperwork . I would love to come back if I need another car in future and I definitely recommend my family and others to work with Hector at this dealership. Wish I could rate 10 stars!

Bought a Chevy From this place back in May and was driving Fine few days later started to see a puddle of water on the floor in the back seat didn?t know where it came from took it back to the dealership told me he couldn?t do anything because it was a as is warranty months later the car had to get repairs now the car needs a new motor

After researching a few Toyota Camrys, I contacted Northwest Motors via email. Hector responded promptly and I drove out to look at the vehicle. I was able to find the car on the lot and spend time looking it over and taking notes. It was SO refreshing to not have someone on me from the time I walked over to a car!! One of the gentlemen asked if he could help me with anything and I asked a couple questions. He answered honestly and with integrity. Then Hector came out and he asked him for more details for me. Hector explained in great detail every question I asked. But then he just let me continue to look and never asked me anything or pressured me in ANY way! There were periods even in his office where neither of us said anything as he allowed me to process the information. He never pushed, suggested, or asked anything, just let me be. I asked for a test drive and he went along and allowed me to drive it wherever I wanted to and answered questions along the way. Unfortunately there was one feature that my wife had wanted on the car that wasn't included that I didn't realize until I was backing in (rear view camera), so I said oh that's a deal breaker, I'm sorry. He said no, the rear view camera is only an option on the 2014. I thanked him for his patience and left (without him trying to talk me into it anyway!). We were looking at two similar vehicles at other dealerships but as my wife and I talked it over, the vehicle had everything we wanted otherwise. I couldn't get over how well I was treated when visiting Northwest Motors and the honesty up front by Hector. Truthfully, I was exhausted just thinking about trying to haggle with the big name dealers AND Hectors price was already well below KBB. So we prayed on it and felt we were to wait out the weekend (when everyone seems to come out to car shop) and if it was still there Monday, we would go back. Well, I snuck a drive by the dealership Sunday afternoon and it was still there so on Monday I secured my financing and contacted my insurance company and headed over to Northwest Motors. Again I was able to spend time looking at every detail of the car, under the hood, trunk, underneath etc without being accosted like many bigger dealerships. After fifteen minutes Hector came out and we talked some more. Again he never suggested anything or pushed anything, just let me think and do the asking. We came to an agreement on the final price as we sat down to look over the details. I brought the check the next morning (along with a dozen doughnuts because we were so appreciative of his patience and honesty) and we went over the paperwork. Since I wasn't trading in a vehicle, Hector offered to deliver it after work, which it was later that day!!! I felt Hector was honest and up front about everything and the whole process was actually very enjoyable!! He personally picks many of the vehicles on his lot based on his high standards and prices them fairly. I would definitely recommend doing all your homework online first, and if Northwest Motors has the vehicle you're looking for, give Hector a call. It's well worth the trip!! Hector mentioned a couple that had rented a car from Madison Wisconsin to drive down to purchase a car the previous week and drove home in a new (used) car. I felt Hector wanted me to be fully satisfied with my decision and it showed in his honesty and genuine nature. We will for sure be coming back when we need a quality used car. In the meantime I've already told numerous others about my experience!!!

This was my firtst car loan. First I tried to buy a car from few new car stores in Chicago. Those people kept me for four hours inside and sent my credit application to multiple banks. Unfortunately they could not approve for the car I wanted or they pushed me to other vehicle with 24.95% with big down payment !!! That was too much for me. When I spoke to my friend about that crazy situation he advices me this guys in Mundelein IL. He told me that he got his car from them and he had only 12% on his car loan. It was a little far to me but I desided to try. At first they explained to me that they a special program for first time buyers like me and I could get a car loan with apr as low as 13.9% and down payment of $2000. It worked for me good. Unfortunately they didn't have the car I was looking for in stock , but let me to test drive several other cars. After I chose the car they checked my credit score and informed me that other dealers sent my application to 10 different banks and it could affect my rate not into best way. Likely for me finance manager was able to get me approved with 8.99%. It was much better then I could expect. So I definitely recommend this store to everyone who has similar situation. 50 minute drive saved me almost $1500 in finance charges on my car loan.

I bought my RAV-4 few month ago from this guys. I'm so happy about that purchase. The car runs like new. I do appreciate their referral program a lot. I sent few of my friends to them to get a new car and got a good bonus for that as it was promised. Hector rules !!!

The sales person will find the best deal and the vehicle your really want, within a few days the car I was looking for was delivered to the facility. It was exactly what I wanted and I am tremendously thankful and happy. Sales rep and the finance department are very knowledgeable and will explain in detail how the process will go and what is the best way on proceeding with the purchase. I definitely recommend stopping by the facility or calling to find your next car.

This was my the best experience in purchasing a car in a long time!!Saw a car online made an appointment. When I arrived to the dealership the car was sitting in front ready for test drive. I never felt pressured into buying the car, even though I spent 3 hours trying to make my decision. The whole deal went very smoothly and I was driving my new Jeep shortly after signing the paperwork. If you're looking for a great deal than you should definitely give this guys a try! This is the second car that we have purchased from NORTHWEST MOTORS dealership. We have been very pleased with the friendliness and service. Went to dealership looking for car for my daughter, found one. We also thought about trading our car for larger SUV. Found just what we were looking for. Great deal, no hard sales pitch. We will certainly be back the next time we are in the market for another car !!!!!!!!!!!!!
