I have bought 3 BRAND NEW vehicles from Woodhouse and

I have bought 3 BRAND NEW vehicles from Woodhouse and formally Zook. My wifes car was missing and needed attention and I was scared to shut it off due to the fact that I didnt think it would re start. bought from Woodhouse btw in 2014. I was blown off by the service advisor so I just brought it to them myself. 5 days later my car was fixed for the price of 913 dollars. Went to pick it up advisor very cold not wanting to explqain the repairs and just cash me out. I asked where my car was and coldly he said out to your left. No car there so I went back in He left his terminal and brought my car to me. Filthy dirty running well but still filthy. My last words were "Jerry you think if I spend 900 dollars here you could at least wash it" I wont be doing busines with them ever again too bad for them!!!

Don’t trust what they say

I wouldn’t trust their service department to tie my shoes. I brought my car in for a simple oil change. A few days later the check engine light came on. First time before or since. Took it back and they charged over $100 to plug it into not their machine. The service department blamed it on a loose or faulty gas cap. There was nothing wrong with it. Business lost

This dealership handed me the key to the car and let me...

This dealership handed me the key to the car and let me drive away and did not disclose to me that I was going to drive to omaha without a jack or spare and will not own up to it. No matter how the transaction took place The car should have its basic safety equipment included! ! On 6/3/20 We Drove up From omaha to sioux city To pick up a car that was purchased for me by a dealer in omaha . I Gave the check to John the general manager . He said a sales person name Tom would Help me with the delivery . We waited because car was being detailed . Tom finally brought the car and said I could go for a drive . We did that and came Back . Tom said it was a nice car and we were done and could leave for omaha . Excited I drove back to omaha. There I realized that the jack and spare and the pump for the spare were missing so next day I called them John the GM and Tom both were off . I asked the person if they could check to see if the jack and the spare were left in the detail Shop . Within a minute he said “no they did not have them” I has cost me $500 to purchase the items off eBay and would like for the dealer to pay for what I paid . Today I called again and was told they are not responsible for the missing parts. I have purchased many many cars from Woodhouse prior to this and always have been pleased . This location needs some training to in customer service and not use old car salesman language of the slimy past Of car business to brush off customers!!!!!!!!!

Horrible Sales Experience

Bait and switch...was told a deal for the price I wanted could be done, then sat around for over 2 hours waiting to see the Finance person only to then be told that there was a "misunderstanding" from the Salesperson to the GSM / Finance on what the deal amount was (even though it was clearly written out on a piece of paper) to then be told they couldn't do it for that. So, drove almost 90 miles to sit around for hours to find out they lied to me! Will never go back and will never use Woodhouse of any kind ever again!

Successful search

Low pressure sales, large inventory. Satisfaction calls after the sale . We bought a low milage used Jeep Wrangler from Woodhouse. Our salesman Freddy Campos did a great job.

2018 Dodge Charger

Freddy was an excellent guy to work with....he worked very hard to get me into the perfect vehicle....he is very knowledgeable about the 2 vehicles I was interested in....he made me very comfortable and took a little time to get to know me....the staff was just as friendly....I will definitely refer my friends to Sioux City Woodhouse

Purchase of a new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee.

We recently traded in our 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee for a new 2018 Limited model. Our salesman, Freddie, was great to work with and took the time to listen to what we wanted. We told him what we wanted for a payment and that if the dealership could make that work, fine. Freddie and everyone else at the dealership were very easy to work with, even though we came in later in the evening. They had the new Jeep ready for me to pick up when I got off work the next evening. We have had the new Jeep for a month and we have not had any issues and are very satisfied with it and our experience with Woodhouse.
