All went well.

All went well. In and out right on schedule. Appointment at 1:00, out by 2:00 for oil change, lube, tire rotation. Nice, friendly folks.

Ram country service team was beyond expectations.

Ram country service team was beyond expectations. When I bought the car from them while living in North Dallas, I thought I will service my car near many local delaerships close to my home. The dealerships close to my Frisco, Tx had more than 45 days wait for diagnostic and unknown days for repairs. Ram Country was able to get diagnostics and repairs in two trips in a week. Excellent service experience by great team.

When I bought my car from Ram Country in Mineral Wells, I thought I will service my Jeep close to Frisco, Tx where I live. The local dealers have no capacity to offer quality service as they all offered 45 days to diagnose and unknown days for repair. No loaner during that time. Thats just insane and never heard off. Ram County dealership was able to get it diagnosed and fixed in two trips in a week. Excellent service by quality team.

Contract signed and told I could pick up my truck in 2

Contract signed and told I could pick up my truck in 2 days. Turns out the dealership isn't even in possession of the truck as it is a fresh trade in. The don't have the truck, or the title for that matter and legally have no rights to sell the truck at this point. They now tell me that the won't have the truck for a week and that it's halfway across the state. I told them the contract is void at this point but they still are trying to hold me to it. I've had a good relationship with this dealership in the past but not after this. They legally can't hold me to a contract on a vehicle they had no legal grounds to sell in the first place. I'm also contacting the FTC and the state attorney general.
