Although I did not purchase a Jeep from the dealership at this time I was impressed by Brandon the sales consultant. He answered all my questions and concerns and was very professional and helpful. I will be planning a possible purchase in the near future.

The salesperson Brandon was excellent. Great attention to my needs. He suggested other options that I was not planning on doing but it met my needs and we drove away that day in a new SUV. Reason I did not give 5 stars is that one of the other salespersons in the dealership need more training in customer service and what it means to provide customer service even if the person is not your customer. Management could really use some empathy training. Over all was a good experience. Sometimes you have to overlook the bad and focus on the good.

It truly was a no haggle experience, which made for the best purchasing experience I have ever had from a dealer. I have told everyone who has asked me about my car that they should purchase their next car from Leith.

I did not wakeup that day with the intent of purchasing and/or leasing a vehicle. My finances are weak and I count every dollar. But after living through and surviving two very dangerous situations that morning on I-95 North and Highway 210 stoplight, my dear friend Kyle said it was time to get something safe and dependable. Everyone there were kind and accommodating, and Shane had his hands full. I have lived longer than anyone there that night, and I am NOT a easy customer. But he did an outstanding job. It was late, but Glenn remained and had all the paperwork ready for me to look over and sign. I must say this: I have never lease a vehicle before, nor have I ever made such a purchase of a vehicle without me looking and picking out my own vehicle. Kyle and the staff at Leith Dealership did an outstanding job placing me in a beautiful safe vehicle. My hat is off to all of you. Thank You!
