I was lied to about the price of my truck upon purchase. Also was lied to on several parts of my paperwork that was not discovered until later after the purchase. I ended up paying $20,000 more than what I was told upon walking into the dealership. The customer service I experienced was horrendous. Most of the vehicles in their lot were high miles and extremely overpriced. Right after my purchase, they turned their back on me. They offer a warranty that you can’t use. Also most of the vehicles in their lot that I seen had scratches and marks. From what I experienced, this is a company you should stay away from.

I was done playing the run around game. I asked for my license back. He continues to hold my license back. I told him that I'm done and please stop holding my license hostage. I get in my truck while he goes and gets my license. He then calls me a xxxxx because I didn't want his game. Buyer beware

If you’re thinking about going to R&B car company RUN don’t walk! The greatest, easiest car buying experience of my life. Eddie & Aaron were the best to ever do it! Literally. I told Eddie what I was looking for and price range of what I wanted and he listened and got me into a great car in my price range. In and out of the dealership within an hour & a half! I inquired about a truck,, I received several trucks that were available,, i walked in the door and met Cameron Sheler,, attentive ,, listened to what I saying,, eager to get me what I wanted,, he got me more truck,, than I wanted,, below the monthly payment I was expecting to pay,, and the “icing on The cake”,, I got a 5 yr extended Warranty ,, that didn’t increase my monthly payment.
