Y’all are bad news

I bought two cars on same day my Jetta broke down on the first day she said it’s as is.I just gave them over 4000 dollars down or more.he want return your phone calls still made my payments and all call lemon law they are awesome.

BEST experience when buying a used vehicle!!!

Steve Holland and his crew at Holland's Auto Sales are simply the BEST! We have used them to purchase a vehicle multiple times and each time, we cannot say enough about the way they handle our business. We are allowed time to visit, look, and drive and are always treated with respect and kindness. We've never had a bad experience and ANY time we've needed something after or had a question, they were always quick to respond. I would send anyone to their dealership looking for a fair and excellent experience in car shopping/buying! Thank you Steve and Holland's Auto Sales!

Horrible Customer Sevice

I tried to contact this dealer on a Saturday when it said they were open. No answer or reply to texts through Car sites. I called early Monday morning and expressed I wanted to buy the Camaro they have. While at the teller window at my bank. They finally answered the phone while at the bank. I told them I was doing what I could with this COVID and the difficulties with banking. And that I was very interested and could they hold the car for FORTY FIVE MINUTES while I drove to the dealership. The dealership promised at 8:15am I had a chance to buy the car. I arrived right at 9:10 am and they SOLD THE CAR OUT FROM UNDER ME...Probably to someone interested that they inflated the price. I was denied after all my trouble and due diligent s and CALLING...they use these sites to scam people. And the worst customer service in Missouri

I have been in business for 36 years and Mr. Todd Davis gave me my first ever bad review. He was very upset that he wasn't able to arrive as soon as another customer did! We posted this extremely nice 2010 Chevy Camaro SS on the internet on Saturday and when I arrived at work Monday morning at 7:40 I had nine emails and 3 phone calls on this car alone. I explained to each and everyone including Mr. Davis that since there was multiple very interested parties that our policy is to make it a "First Come First Serve" situation. A customer that lived closer made it here first and walked in our office after test driving the Camaro as Mr. Davis pulled in. We apologized to Mr. Davis but he was very upset and told me he was going to slaughter me on the internet hence the only bad reviews I've ever received. By the way we actually sold the car for less than the advertised price!!!!!!!
