They low ball your cars value and then when they tried to sell me the car they didn’t even want to talk prices they just set down the paper and wanted... a signature so they could start working on a loan and when I said I wanted it for a different price ( 21k car ) not a lowball offer guy laughed so I got up and walked out. And then there budget vehicle lot in the back they tried telling me to drive a car with the wire showing through the tires it was so bald. I don’t know about you but if they can’t spend $600 for some tires to make a vehicle look good god only knows what they’ve skipped. I’ll never go back and I’ll never recommend this place. EVER!
Jeff, I do apologize for your experience. first I will cover the trade lot out back.. It is strictly cash cars, they are sold at wholesale, we do not... service or inspect any of them. Which we have several signs stating so out back with the cars. If a car is processed for the front lot, we do full inspection, safety, tires, and try to make the car the best for you the customer! Second, I'm not sure what happened with the offers, as I don't see anything in our system that you were here, to pull up your file. But I would be happy to talk with you, and see what your situation was. R and B is always happy to here the good and the bad, that we know where we need to work to improve for you and any future customers! Brought a Dodge journey form the Warsaw lot right when we got it they had to fix brakes and struts in the front then it run good for about two weeks now... we have to put a arms on it the the service engine light come on sometimes it won't start till u play with key a little bit and now the gas tank leaks then told that we can't trade it in unless we have 2000 down we didn't want nothing fancy we just want something that runs decent and don't nt have to worry about what is going to break next
I do not know if these are genuine reviews or if I just got the bad luck of the draw; I am currently wrapping up a tour overseas and am looking at a particular... car that R&B Warsaw advertised in their online inventory. Of course, I could have easily found any other dealership in the region, but I found the car I wanted, and R&B's location made it convenient for me to communicate with them through a family member who lives in the area. First and foremost, I would like to point out that the vehicle was listed at $24,995 on KBB. I emailed R&B twice with inquiries regarding its availability with an interest to purchase. I still have not received any reply from their team, and then I discovered through my family member that the asking price is actually $27,000 - almost $3,000 above fair market value. Not anywhere did they mention that the price listed was actually after a down payment of at least $2,500, with a price match deal of that amount (which should have brought the price down by $5,000) at the most. Too easy - I transferred $2,500 to my family member and start crunching numbers with R&B. I receive an invoice with the total amount of the car (to include sales tax, to be fair) which turned out to be $23,380. An affordable amount, but still a little higher than I was expecting. I pull my credit for an auto loan through USAA and get pre-approved for financing on the vehicle. It was not until after I had done so that I find out that R&B would not honor the down payment price match they had originally advertised, because I did not secure a loan through "their" bank. So the $23,380 was with the $2,500 applied, which meant the actual price is $25,880 - a better price than the original $27,000 they want, but still not even a $1,200 difference. The salesman who is working with my family member is Dayne Weldy. I do not know if these less-than-honest decisions are coming from him or from someone higher, but I have lost respect for a business that uses false pretenses, tries to sell above fair market value, and does not honor a deal based upon choice of financial institution. In hindsight, if I had known about these factors beforehand, I would have taken my business elsewhere. However, I have already gone this far, and I may end up purchasing the car anyway. I will try to update this review if I make this transaction with R&B Warsaw. That being said, I will never buy from this dealership again, nor would I recommend anyone else to conduct business with them without obtaining every single detail about your purchase prior to setting any expectations - you will likely be let down.
We found a used truck that we were very interested in. Contacted a local dealer to see if it could be brought to us (5 hours away). They said 'no' so... we called David, discussed the truck; liked the responses and the contact. Drove 5 hours and purchased the truck. Great experience. Took it past the local dealer to show it off...lol.
