Tom was great to work with. A little disappointed that my car doesn’t have the Sirius XM built in and that I can’t do remote start in the app. I was under the impression by reading the car listing that those were both going to be available.

No one really seemed interested in selling me the car. There was no exceptional service provided—just a back-and-forth game with numbers until I got tired of it. They tried to make it seem like I was getting the same deal as another offer, but I wasn’t. Matching the final price while cutting back on add-ons isn’t a better deal. It felt more like they were trying to wear me down than actually work with me.

Although I live closer to Milton Martin Honda I prefer to drive the distance to Lou Sobh. Everyone I've encountered has been super friendly and efficient. Also, I appreciate the shorter wait times when having my car serviced.
