Our overall experience was exceptional. We had only seen these kind of experiences in scripted dealer commercials. My wife and I would like to call out Andrea Lopez, who was not only great as a sales professional, but seemed very genuine as a person who wants work with her customer to get them a good deal without seeming to pressurize them. I had visited a few dealerships before Lou Sobh and the experience we had with Andrea Lopez was the main and only reason we bought our vehicle from there. The only negative aspect was the experience with Bob Byczynski from finance. If you are not buying any extended warranty from him, be prepared for moderate service. We would most certainly go back and recommend our friends as long as Andrea is there :-) Thank you Andrea, wish you all the best!

Schedule an oil Change online. Dropped off the car to tell me there was a 3 hour wait. Had the courtesy shuttle drop me off to do some shopping and for them to tell me that they couldn’t pick me up. They ended up finishing the oil change in 2 hours and the shuttle picking me up. So overall I was satisfied with everyone there. They were very upfront and personable.

I hate buying a new car! Lou Sobh made the process easy! Great personnel, fair price great inventory!

New to Georgia and first time to have my Honda CRV serviced for air bag recall at Lou Sobh. I was favorably impressed with the whole service department setup. My initial contact was with Jimmy who did a great job. My only minor complaint was the extra 1 hour required for the service due to the volume of servicing on that particular day (Thursday 8/29). But with that said, I definitely will be bringing in both my Honda’s for regular service. Please keep up the excellent work.
