Very fast service

45K Service on CRV

Easy to make an appointment and work around my work schedule. Used a coupon and saved $50. They finished service faster than they told me it would be.

Excellent as usual

We are new to Honda. We have only had Fords and Nissans in the last 30 years. I have never felt like an old friend at any dealership in all of those years. We are even so impressed with the communication with the service department. I have been voting for Lou Sobh Honda everyday for new car and service for Best of Forsyth 2017 since it started and will continue until it ends!

Great Service

I had a great experience at Lou Sobh on Monday. I had a warning light I wanted checked out and made a 7 am appointment. After assessment - they told me it was my alternator and my radiator was also leaking and I needed rear brakes. It was expensive but all of these things made sense. I got my nice loaner car and went to work. I was very happy when I picked up my car hours later when I saw the technician had been able to correct some damage to the front right area from an accident with a deer some months ago when he replaced the radiator. it looks MUCH better - bonus!

Accord Recall Notice

I made an appt. to gave the recall work done. When I arrived, I was helped right away. I expected to spend most if the morning at the dealership. The work was completed in 15 minutes! I was overjoyed. Work done, clean car and I was on my way.

Exceeded the Expected

I brought my 2016 Honda CRV in response to a letter I had received concerning a re-call. I had made the appointment a week earlier. When I arrived, I was promptly met by Tala Sar, who was my tech from start to finish. I decided to get an oil and filter change while I had the car there. The projected time for completion was 1 to 1 hour and 15 minutes, and my cell phone rang right at an hour. I asked Tala is he could connect my cell phone to the computerization on the console and within 3 minutes he had me connected. My entire experience on October 6th was very very positive.

Great Experience with Honda

I have been using the Lou Sobh Honda Service Dept. since they opened the facility here in Cumming, GA. I have always had good service and dealt with very pleasant people. When my 2005 Accord was climbing in mileage, I decided it was time to get a new car. This was the most delightful experience I have ever had for a car purchase. The salesman was top notch in every area: courteous, knowledgeable, patient, easy to understand and communicate with, took time to answer any questions, no pressure but just all round helpful. To my delight and surprise he even fill my new car up with gas before I left. I'll always return to Honda!
