Easy to deal with, low pressure

Art approached me with the potential of replacing our leased Odyssey with a new one and lowering our monthly payment. That is exactly what transpired. Nothing was misrepresented in his consultation over the phone and the entire process was handled in the dealership within a couple of hours. They were great to deal with on our initial lease in 2014 and this was just as positive! Thanks!

HONESTY & INTEGRITY = LOU SOBH HONDA

Kim Carr, my Sales Consultant, was a delight to work with; she knows a lot about Hondas, enjoyed the search with me, and found the car of my dreams! David Kellam, General Sales Mgr., "worked the numbers" to make sure this car was affordable for me. David Wikle, Service & Parts Director, made sure his mechanics and detail people left no stone unturned when going through all check points of the car before I left the Dealership.....I always have peace of mind knowing I can return to David Wikle if something concerns me. He's fair & will take care of it. (Lou Sobh Honda, managed by Mike Sobh, Vice President & General Mgr., makes sure his customers are taken care of!) The greeting received from the Receptionists at the Front Desk is sincere, and makes me feel welcomed. The Service Receptionists take an interest in their work and get back to me with any questions I have. When you enter Lou Sobh Honda, you will never find Sales People "chomping at the bit" to get to you so that they can make a quick sale! This is the Honesty & Integrity of LOU SOBH HONDA!

Great customer Service!

Heather was amazingly easy and helpful! My car had a lot of service items for the 105,000 mile tune up and Heather beat all the other mechanics prices and had a loaner car waiting for me! I will absolutely return and recommend all my friends to head to Lou Sobh!

Stellar service

So grateful for Lou Sobh Honda. You help me keep my car in top shape and Heather in the service department keeps me informed on work to be done and specials that are in place. The team is professional, efficient and do an excellent job on my CRV! I actually switched from another Honda service department and I'm so glad I did.

Good experience.

Lou Sobh matched coupon, washed car, gave professional customer service, quick turn around of vehicle and had good snacks and very clean and fresh waiting area and also modern restrooms. Internet was not working but I did not complain. I am sure they will fix it once they see this note. What else can a customer expect. Will go back.
