I bought a car from here for 7500 cash primarily because it had huge advertisement of a 180 day peace of mind warranty and within the first 100 miles I needed that warranty and learned it was no warranty it was a 3rd party service contract . I learned this is a common bait and switch tactic they have used for over 10 years just by going through negative reviews . I sent them a formal demand letter and they failed to respond . They hide behind the AS IS sale however it’s illegal to check this box when an express warranty is advertised with the vehicle a federal act prohibits this and it’s illegal to bait and switch . I’ve documented a huge pile of data and images and have submitted complaints with the attorney general and the federal trade commission other appropriate state commissions and divisions . I’ve also hired a consumer protection attorney and looking forward to hold them accountable they have shown intent to deceive customers for over a decade and they respond to negative reviews about there non existent warranty this shows that they are well aware how deceptive and misleading it is and they continue doing it to other customers and they will be held accountable for it . Do not trust these people . They stand to be penalized nearly 54.000 dollars per violation .

I just purchased my second vehicle from Premium Motors. The staff is great. They are helpful,friendly and non pushy. They even brought my new car to my home for me. They stand behind their vehicles and take care of any problems. If I am in need of another vehicle I'll definitely go to Premium. I highly recommend Premium Motors to anyone needing a quality car.

The backup camera was flipped upside down (which may have been a easy fix) but when I ask about it I was told "yeah i should have looked into that" I feel like if he knew I was coming it should have been looked at before I got there. He also did not act like he cared if I purchased a vehicle or not. His entire demeanor was extremely nonchalant!

Believe the negative reviews this place buys auctioned cars or repossessed cars and don't do nothing mechanical to them and slap them back on the lot and there premium warranty don't cover anything my car broke down the day after purchase and has been in and out of the shop 6 times and the premium warranty has covered nothing and I've only had the car a month

I traveled 270 miles (each way) based on the description of a car at this dealership and having discussed it with the owner. (I've owned two 3-series BMWs and am used to what to look for.) When I got there, the car would not start (it even appeared to have the wrong type of battery - should have been AGM) and I had to wait hours for the owner to get back to jump it. The BMW looked nice, but had numerous problems that he hadn't told me about. There was a significant whining in the engine compartment - it sounded like more than just a belt. I drove it and it felt like the rear shocks were bad. I connected a diagnostic tool to it after driving it just a couple of miles and it was throwing numerous trouble codes from multiple systems in the car. It also told me that the coolant temperature was round 220ºF - pretty high. He tried to explain away some of these problems, but it started to sound like a grandiose story. This was a waste of a long trip because none of this was disclosed when discussing on the phone. He was not willing to come down on the price at all, even with all of these problems. It did come with what appeared to be an unusually good warranty for a used car, but I doubt it would have even made it back to my home without a major breakdown. I still gave the dealership 2 stars because at least he was generally nice, no pressure, and does have some knowledge of BMW. I would recommend only purchasing a car here if you are mechanically inclined and be sure to bring a diagnostic tool.

got my vehicle from premium motors , i got nothing but good stuff to say about them. Easy Financing options and FREE warranty cant go wrong with that. Premium " ill be BACK'' in an Arnold sound.

First time ever choosing my own car and couldn't be happier with my purchase. I finally have something reliable that I can count on. It was a very easy process and only took about an hour to pick out and drive away in my new car. Edin's customer service is top notch. I told him what I wanted and he was very knowledgeable and helped me choose the best car for me.

Went there today to possible buy a truck. Never greeted us. We had to go to them, they never came to us. They have a nice truck that we probably would have bought today if they would have had any kind of customer service skills.
