Why was it that when I looked at financing online for the

Why was it that when I looked at financing online for the vehicle it showed me a total different amount than what was quoted to me in person? The quote online included tax and additional fees, yet in person was told over 1500$ more for out the door and also was told by the horrible salesmen quote "I will not go down a penny for you." For a vehicle that's been on the lot for almost 3 months they are willing to loose out on a sale for 30k over a measly 1500$. Horrible customer service and I can see why this dealership has horrible ratings and why cars sit on the lot for so long. BE AWARE. Any price showing online add an additional 1500$ to it.

First off, the salesman who assisted us was great, but

First off, the salesman who assisted us was great, but unfortunately, I can't remember his name--so this review isn't about him. It's about A-1 Auto and their business practices. They advertised a car on CarGurus, Carfax, and Craigslist for $19,991. However, when I arrived at the dealership, the price was $20,992. When I mentioned the lower price from CarGurus, the salesman seemed confused and claimed it was a mistake by CarGurus. Since A-1 Auto manages their own listings across multiple platforms, it's clearly their error, not CarGurus'. Posting the same price on all websites makes it hard to believe this wasn't an intentional bait-and-switch tactic. During negotiations for the out-the-door (OTD) price, they added over $1,000 for a GPS service they install on all their cars. I asked for it to be removed since I didn't need it, but they refused, saying they couldn't remove hardware they had already installed. At that point, I decided to end the car-buying process and walk away. The GPS service wasn't included in the advertised price and wasn't mentioned on any of the listing sites, including their own. For your information, these trackers are commonly installed by dealers who cater to buyers with bad credit so they can more easily repossess cars. The data from the GPS service is also sold to third parties, such as car insurers, who may use it to influence the rates you pay. These GPS device also need a constant power supply so they are constantly draining down your battery even when the car is off. In the future, I'll be sure to request an itemized OTD price before spending money on a pre-purchase inspection (PPI). I wouldn't have wasted $150 on the PPI had I known about these hidden charges.

Happy Customer

Best car buying experience at A1 Auto Wholesale. We bought a 2017 RAV4 and I’m so happy with it. The salesman’s name was Gustavo and he was very helpful, not pushy, and answered all our question about the car. He used a Credit Union that was able to beat my banks rate. Highly recommended!!!!

These guys are the best

They couldn't make car buying any easier. I stopped by and they let me check the car out and even go on a test drive by myself. They had a full inspection report from Toyota Dealer where they took the car to get serviced and inspected. After the test drive I was in and out in about 45 minutes, and that includes running credit, getting a loan, and signing paperwork.

Bad bad bad stay away

Very rude dealer don’t recommend them at all, they will trying to over charge me with warranty and would tell me that it’s required. They’re a joke for sure.

Superb dealership

Well deserved 5 Star review, very prifessional, no pressure and friendly staff. After reading some of those reviews I decided to be the judge myself. I called on a Tesla Model S they had advertised. called to check availability, Vince was very professional and knowledgeable. he answered few questions I had and offered to hold the vehicle for me since I am 2 hours drive from the dealership. in summary, vehicle checked out just like I was promised, test drive the vehicle got financed and out in less than an hour. fantastic job and I couldn't be happier. Thank you guys.
