if it's too good to be true...

there's good reason why this dealer has lower than market pricing on their inventory. this dealer buys problem vehicles with clean carfax reports from auctions. They "repair" the issues and then sells the lemmons to the public without disclosing the vehicle's problem history. in our case, the car had major electrical issues that didn't show on a carfax report. the dealer also has a lot of junk fees. this dealership is as sleazy as they come.

No customer service

Terrible Customer Service! Worse treatment , Bad info and Over priced Vans. Stay Away! I wonder if the Sales people work off commission or hourly. Where has customer service gone. Just call them and see for yourself.

very dishonest dealer, hidden charges and bait

very bad experience, they advertise false price, not worth the time, go somewhere else and save your gas money, sales are very disrespectful, they act like they're doing you a favor while they need us to survive

Will shop here again

Just purchased a 2019 Kia Optima for my son. The process was painless, and we got a great deal on the car. I will shop here again next time I'm in the market for a car.

Warning Don't buy from these guys!

Warning do not buy a car from this dealership. I purchased a car from this dealership about 3 months ago. When I initially looked at this car before buying there was a problem with the front sensors and the back seat had a problem it was messed up. I told them before I would buy the car if the problem would be fixed. I drove the car out, later as soon as I got home which is about 5 minutes away I got a message saying the sensors were not working. So I said no big deal I'll take it back up there. So I went 2 days later and I instead of them fixing it, they told me to take it to some honda dealership. The guy said it was his third time fixing the issue and that the car had been in a wreck. No wreck was reported though. The person who helped me was Roy. He seemed okay and eager to help right up until I actually purchased the car. So the day he sold me the car he told me to make sure to get the car inspected right away. I didnt think anything of it until 1 week later I got a check engine light. So I got two issues the sensors and check engine light all within a week of purchase. I decided to take my car to Honda to figure out why I got the light. They said that the car had possibly been on a wreck and they put a aftermarket part on car which was causing the check engine light. I brought this paper to the dealership, to Roy as a matter of fact. He claimed he didn't k ow where the general managers were or anyone I could talk to about the issue, and the one they said they were going to fix and didn't. Soon after that I discovered other issues when I drove the trunk says open but it's closed, and the left rear view mirror is not working. All issues that I made them aware of and they failed to fix. So now I have a 2019 car that I purchased from there and within a month I got check engine light and pre existing issue they refuse to fix. If you want quality go somewhere else, they are helpful right up until the sale then after that they don't know you. Lesson learned and never again.

Dishonest Salesperson

Went to look at a vehicle that had a salvage title. The salesperson would not disclose the damage nor dis she share the car fax with me. Very negative experience

Car had frame damage not reported

Went on a test drive for a 2019 Ford Taurus Limited, had a great price. Dealer showed me a clean Carfax. I read a lot of bad reviews so I had a buddy of mine runs a Autocheck. Autocheck reports auction callouts Carfax doesn't. The Autocheck showed prior frame damage. Needless to say be very aware of this dealership, and don't trust Carfax have the car inspected at another dealership it's worth the cost.

BUYER BEWARE; They lie about the model

I found a 2018 Toyota RAV4 adventure model for a good price so I reached out to the dealer. After negotiating shipping and starting the procedure to have the financing taken care of I noticed on the carfax report that it was not an adventure model at all but an xle. I called the dealership back and they told me that it didn't matter because they're worth the same amount of money anyways! This is a total lie the adventures worth considerably more money "AWD not fwd" than the standard xle. In fact after looking at KBB the difference in price was almost $3,000. That is fraud and they should be ashamed of what they are doing to customers.

Perfect!

I purchased a car from these folks from California. It was the easiest car transaction I ever made. Fred, my salesman, and Victor, the financial guy, were excellent. Really, a 5-Star service! The car is perfect, the shipping was easy, and getting my Calif. registration and plates not a problem (and fast). A
