Service side just sucks to be honest. I bought the van from them and wanted to keep the service with them but every time we take it in there was something wrong with the service. When I try calling they just hung up on me.

Owner doesn't like to admit to mistakes, tries to intimidate by threatening to call the cops if you call him on the carpet. The car we bought was a pre-owned Honda, the car is good the after service sad. I was hoping to buy local to help local folks but next time will go out of town. I am a former Kia owner and was sad how I was treated after I got a detail done and they left me stranded. We did get a refund back for the detailing package which was a farce. I am happy the Honda has it's warranty will be going to them. Go to Fresno, Stockton or Modesto perhaps you'll have better

I wouldn’t EVER purchase a car from this dealership again under any circumstances. I would change brands first. BUT their repair service is above and beyond excellent. They are patient with my questions and don’t let go of problems until they are fixed!!

My intensions that day was to examine three makes of cars, Kia, Jaguar and BMW, after which I would select one of those makes to buy. Your salesman did an excellent job of pointing out to me the very important technical points of the Optima SXL and on the spot, I bought the car. My praise goes to Fabian Jimenez, Salesman.
