My daughter stopped by this dealership a few weeks ago to look at a Nissan Altima. She explained that she was just looking and waiting for her father to come into town to help with the search but was pressured by the salesman, Amir, to give a $300 deposit for the Altima promising it was a very good car. When I came into town the next day to see the car I tried to justify purchasing it but it just had too many major problems (A/C blowing hot air, power seat not working, missing hood latch, clicking sound in starter, etc) AutoSpot was quick to make false claims about this vehicle and take my daughter's $300 but did nothing to repair it. They should be selling that car to a mechanic not a young woman looking for reliable transportation for her family. I tried in good faith to find something else in my daughter's price range but didn't see anything that didn't also have major issues. Ray, the sales manager claims the $300 deposit is nonrefundable. Maybe that's all they really wanted! A few days later we found a very good used car from an honest dealer checked out by a mechanic and everything works! I am so glad we did not purchase a vehicle from AutoSpot LLC!

total rip off brought a car less than 30 days check engine issues. and the dealership was no help

I bought the car in April, 2023. Two weeks later, it conked out on the highway while my son was driving and I was out the country. I instructed him to tow it home since it was a Saturday. I gave him the mechanic's contact to call on Monday and towed it on Monday. The mechanic changed the starter, wheel bearings, pads, and rotors that were bad ($950). After that, it still wasn't working. We then found out there was an engine problem. A new engine costed $3000 and no warranty in PA. I found a mechanic in NY with engines for $3200 and 6 month warranty. The mechanic put the car on the street. I called AAA and they couldn't tow it because they said they can't tow from one mechanic to another. I paid $80 to get it towed back home. I called AAA again and they said they have no one to tow from Pa to NY. I paid $350 to get it towed to NY. I paid the $3200 to get the engine done and another part changed (forgot that price). Now the AC isn't working, but we will just be hot. Also being that the vehicle is a 2013 and it's over 100,000 miles it's not protected under the NJ lemon law.

👁 SCAMMERS!!! 👁 Do not trust Them please 🙏🏽 No soy de dar reseñas pero de corazón les digo que si no quieren perder su dinero busquen otras opciones en otro lugar mi error fue no ver entrado aquí a ver las reseñas antes me confie por ver que era un lugar de ventas con muchos carros es muy cierto lo que dicen de este lugar son unos estafadores las cosas no están tan buenas para estar regalando tu dinero acabo de hacer una compra el 11 de agosto una camioneta me dieron la opción de manejarla una vueltita rápido aparaentemente todo bien le pague garantía de 6 meses solo llebaba 4 días con ella cuando empiezo a escuchar un sonido pague por llevarla al taller a que le hecharan un ojito me dijeron que me la vendieron con la trasmisión jod¡d@ los llame a ver si me podian resolver por que solo llevaba 4 dias con ella y ellos me dijeron que ellos ya no tenian nada que ver con la camioneta estoy en proceso de que aprueben la garantía hasta para eso es una jodienda tengan cuidado cuando paguen la garantía lean bien pregunten asegúrensen por que a última hora pagas por algo que a la larga no te va a servir ni la garantía ni el carro los más bonito es que cuando haces la compra del carro ellos antes de irte te hacen dar buenos rewiew están como locos por que les den estrellas yo estoy segura que las buenas estrellitas que tienen es por que la gente la da antes de irse a su casa con su carro pero a la larga las pocas estrellitas que tienen las tienen bien merecidas estafadores!!🥺 Tambien antes de irme de el lugar entro una mujer reclamandoles unas cosas bien molesta ahora se por que.... I could of been seriously injured because of the negligence of this business. The car is totally rusted out and my engine is about to fall out. My engine is about to fall out of a car I bought 3 months ago. High pressure liars who had the car listed at 4500 then said it was wrong on the add and then tried to charge me 7000 for it because of dealer fees. Don't risk your life going there.

Bought a car in March. Had to scrap it on July The engine straight up fell out. The bottom was all rusted and I could of gotten seriously hurt. I paid $5000 for it. They advertised it for 4500 then fought and said it was wrong on the ad and then tried to charged me $7000 for it because of "dealer fees" xxxxxxxx, who rip you off . For your own safety don't buy here.

Do not waste anyyyy time, even a minute with these people. Terrible work, service, and cars. Extremely crooked in every way they opperate; hope they go bankrupt.

I bought a pickup truck I no it’s used but I only went five miles and transmission stopped shifting never buy a vehicle if they r selling who 0 warranty
