After an initial “can we help you” email, the dealership failed to make even a cursory attempt to respond to any of my questions! — Clearly not customer focused at all! — What a waste of my time!

Great experience with Joseph C!

We recently bought a car with Joseph C. Thought he was honest and pro-active in helping us. I recommend you see Joe. Looked like they had a great selection of cars as well.

I JUST BOUT MY CAR THERE - BE CAREFUL!!!!

BE CAREFUL. I LITERALLY JUST BOUGHT A CAR THERE They are legal but they are tricksters. On their website it says that the stated price is the final price excluding only taxes, titles, and plates. I KID YOU NOT, THEY OVERCHARGED ME $1,000!! ONLY because I screamed and freaked out at them, did they take off $800 "out of mercy". APPARENTLY, THE CAR HAS TIRE PROBLEMS, IS BROKEN INSIDE, SO DIRTY - OVERCHARGED COMPLETELY! They may be all smiley and polite but BE CAREFUL! CHECK THE CAR THOUROUGHLY AND STAND YOUR GRAND AND DO NOT PAY A PENNY MORE THAN WHAT IS ON THE WEBSITE! Personally there are better dealers but if you go there get ready to fight.

Two months and still no registration.

Two months and still no registration. Called and they sent another temporary registration. They charge an unusully high amount for their documentation fee but so far have failed to provide the necessary documentation.

Buyer Beware of unethical practices!

My daughter stopped by this dealership a few weeks ago to look at a Nissan Altima. She explained that she was just looking and waiting for her father to come into town to help with the search but was pressured by the salesman, Amir, to give a $300 deposit for the Altima promising it was a very good car. When I came into town the next day to see the car I tried to justify purchasing it but it just had too many major problems (A/C blowing hot air, power seat not working, missing hood latch, clicking sound in starter, etc) AutoSpot was quick to make false claims about this vehicle and take my daughter's $300 but did nothing to repair it. They should be selling that car to a mechanic not a young woman looking for reliable transportation for her family. I tried in good faith to find something else in my daughter's price range but didn't see anything that didn't also have major issues. Ray, the sales manager claims the $300 deposit is nonrefundable. Maybe that's all they really wanted! A few days later we found a very good used car from an honest dealer checked out by a mechanic and everything works! I am so glad we did not purchase a vehicle from AutoSpot LLC!
