Job completed with an excellent attitude. Friendly Personality. Dan, had went the extra mile after I came in on Wednesday when I forgot that my appointment was on Tuesday. He managed to squeeze me in spite of having a busy day.

Very personable. They answer all of your questions if they don't have an answer they will find it out. I've had my car for about 5 years and only done business with them I would highly recommend

I first bought a used vehicle from the dealer in November

I first bought a used vehicle from the dealer in November with a service contract. Upon my first visit for an oil change and tire rotation with an 8 am appointment I waited over 2 hours because they did not have the parts in stock and had to order an oil filter and the oil. Upon completion of service I was heading home and got on the on ramp to 95 which is right next to the dealer and my front tire fell off the vehicle. I called them right away and they did send someone to assist. The next appointment that needed a tire rotation again approx 3 months after purchasing the truck they informed me that they could not rotate my tires due to swollen lug nuts which were probably the 6 that rolled down Rte 95 from them not tightening and would not replace them even though I had recently bought the vehicle. More recently my check engine light came on and the vehicle needed a full transmission replacement so I made an appointment and dropped the vehicle off. The gave me a loaner which I was grateful for that had a consistent tire leak that needed to be filled every 3 days. They had my truck for just under 2 weeks. They called me up and I picked up the vehicle and made it about 10 miles before the check engine light came on. When I arrived at home I plugged the truck in and it was again a transmission code. I proceeded to look under the vehicle which had a significant leak coming from the transmission. I called them up and brought the truck back the same day and received the same car with the same tire leak. They had my truck for another week and called stating it was ready. Again picked up the truck and made it approximately 10 miles and the light came on again. Got the vehicle home same code and transmission was still leaking fluid. Brought the truck back and is still currently at courtesy Mitsubishi.

We bought the car on a Thursday and it took over a week

We bought the car on a Thursday and it took over a week to pick up. Salesman kept telling my husband there was a problem. With paperwork or they were waiting for car. My husband pick up the car and now the check engine light is on
