I had an amazing experience! They helped me trade in my car and purchase my new one, and the entire process was so smooth and stress-free. I was guided every step of the way, all my questions were answered, and everything was handled with honesty and transparency. I can’t thank them enough for making the experience so seamless!

Very disappointed with this dealer I purchased a car they
Very disappointed with this dealer I purchased a car they told me it had it had a warranty. I bought it on May made my first payment and the car started to make a noise toke the car back they had me take it to another place. Then I toke it to that place they told me the issu was the motor they I contact them they said that they will contact the place for them to be aware that I was going.got to the place they had no clue that I was going to go no communication with repair place then they ask what that said. If the warranty will cover why? They had me resolving the issue I contact the warranty place no answer never return the call. Contact them back they had me take somewhere else and noting happen they then had me drop it of and they gave me the estimate charge me the diagnostic test to find the issue gave them never responded back. They ask me to pick up the car to find another place for the work. The car is another shop i think that I should not be the person running around finding a place for the work it should be them they are the ones that are selling cars with the guarantee they should be the one helping DO NOT BUY CARS they just want to take your money they do not care for the people are considering for the working Go somewhere else. I been struggling with car getting rides and taking my kids to do activities with out the space limit to everything due that they have not resolve the issue. Spoke with the manager said he will check have not heard anything stay away.

They talk a good game and make you feel like you're buying a gem. But in reality they just want your money. Bought an Audi A8 TDI from out of state and what a mistake that was. Once our credit card was charged the amazing customer service we once had disappeared. Harrison no longer answered our calls and when we did connect he came off irked. As if we did something to offend him. It took over 2 months to get the Pink slip, which was needed to register the car. But before that even arrived our check engine light turned on. $9,000+ to fix and pass smog. Absolutely ridiculous. The reviews on their website must be AI because Google, Yelp and others break it down and lets you see the truth. Scam

When you purchased your vehicle nine months ago, you were provided with a 90-day out-of-state drive-away permit, which is standard for all out-of-state customers. Illinois titles and registrations typically take 6–8 weeks to be processed by the state. Your paperwork was submitted promptly, and your title was issued and sent out around two months later, which falls within the normal Illinois processing timeframe. Regarding your vehicle, we were never notified of any mechanical issues or concerns after your purchase. The car passed inspection prior to delivery, and no warning lights were present at the time of sale. Had we been made aware of any problems, we would have gladly assisted or provided guidance. We also want to address the claim about reviews. All reviews on our website and platforms are written by real customers who have purchased vehicles from us—we do not use AI or pay for reviews. I was in an accident and needed a car asap! Check in hand I walked into Lucky Motors not knowing what to expect from the reviews. Thank God I went here first! They saved me what could amount to 6-8 hours in another dealership. Chris was nice and to the point. My experience was great even though I had a small issue with the key they called someone and had another key made while I waited. Thanks to Lucky Motors for being kind and thorough!

When I was financing he was honest about pricing and fees and did not attempt to pressure us. He also gave us a full tank before we left, after the buying the vehicle.
