I can into the dealership skeptical because I never bought from a “big” lot before. After talking to Mark Macdonald he calmed my nerves and addressed my needs. He went above and beyond in making sure I was happy with my purchase. Mark is a exceptional person and salesman. I will definitely be back. I drove away happy with my 2019 Altima SR. Joel in finance was great to work with as well. Very funny and made what would normally be a stressful situation not bad at all.

Matthew (sales) was hilarious, easy, not pushy. Paul (manager) gave us a great deal. Michelle (finance) was quick, professional, and also not pushy. Best experience!

Chris went above and beyond to get me into the car I wanted. I never felt pressured into a deal I wasn't comfortable with; he was professional, at ease, and knowledgeable about the car I had selected without ever being pushy.

These people checked my credit without my permission. Told them I was paying cash the next day and all they said was that they needed my info, including SSN, to hold the truck. They never asked if they could run my credit. Never will do business with again.
