Excellent Experience

I drove 2 1/2 hours to deal with Newton Nissan in Shelbyville. First they had a deal that could not be touched by my local dealer so I saved $2000 by driving to Newton South. When I got there Brooks did a great job with the transaction and we were out of there in an hour and a half. That is almost unheard of at most dealerships. I have already suggested that a friend of mine who is in need of a truck and is from the Shelbyville area go talk to Brooks.

very very nice people employed at the dealership.

Yes, we purchased our versa sv last Friday.We enjoy it very much .Liz Barnes was so helpful and sweet .We talked while waiting and she made sure we was pleased with our vehicle.She explained every inch of our owners manual to us.Since we no longer can work with michelle will be getting our business in the future. Thanks lil next year Cathey Hill

Very good experience

I worked with Liz and she was awesome!! She was so nice, understanding and very professional. I got the truck I wanted and would recommend this dealership to anyone!

Best buying experience I have ever had !

No pressure to buy,no trying to sell me more than I wanted. Was so nice to talk to someone who understood what I wanted. She is the best car salesperson I have dealt with in a long time

Geez that was way easier than I thought.

I remember the complete headache and waste of time it was to purchase my last car. It took a few days. I walked in and sat down with Brooks. Two hours later I drove off the lot in a brand new car. The process was so simple and streamlined. the experienced professionals at Newton Nissan south really value the customers' time.

A Pleasant Experience!

I have traveled to Shelbyville six times in the past two years and each time I stopped at Newton Nissan South. You don't have to go to any other dealer to get a great deal, great car and a great team of professionals. This trip my team was Liz Barnes, Johnny Moss, and Joel Marks. They ask me what I wanted and in less than 15 minutes they had the deal I asked for exactly. I was so excited I bought two cars on Monday. It is a truly different experience working with the folks.. Thanks again to you all.

Easy Experience

Chris was helpful, patient, and gave great insight to what I needed. I was having trouble with something on the car I purchased, and he was quick to respond and help. Won't buy another car anywhere else.

Best car buying experience​ EVER

I showed up at the dealership 15 minutes before they closed to look at vehicle. I was treated like it was the beginning of their work day , not the end. Everyone from my sales man, Trent, to the finance manager was super nice , extremely accommodating , professional and most importantly to me, fun. These people stayed two and a half hours after they closed to get me into a vehicle that I wanted. I will definitely be a customer for life if they keep the kind of people I dealt with when purchasing my car.
