Me And My Husband Purchased A 2017 Honda Civic Turbo Here And From The Moment We Got It The Experience And Service Was Horrible My Husband Received The Car With The Check Engine Light On We Look Into Why The Check Engine Light Was On And We’re Told That Work Needed To Be Done My Husband Didn’t Drive The Car For Even A Month And We Had To Bring It Back To Get Serviced They Took Months To Fix The Problem And On Top Of It Getting Serviced The Check Engine Light Was Still On At This Point My Husband Noticed Empire Did Not Service The Car Right And He Was Willing To Repair The Car With Honda Instead So He Took It Home Because He Really Loved The Car And Wanted To Be Serviced Right So He Could Keep It Unfortunately He Got In A Accident Where The Car Was Declared A Total Lost Which Wouldn’t Surprise Me Because Since We Bought The Car It Needed To Be Repair We Paid For GAP Insurance In The Contract With The Dealership And After Our Lost The Insurance Didnt Pay The Whole Car Off So Thats Where The GAP Insurance Comes Into Play But EMPIRE AUTO IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL WE SIGNED MORE THAN 3 Times For The Warranty Of The Car To Be Cancelled So GAP Can Cover The Remaining Balanced Owned BUT EMPIRE HAS NOT SENT THE PAPERWORK WHICH IS ABSURB Because It’s BEEN MONTHS AND WE WENT IN 3-4 TIMES ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS SEND THE PAPERWORK TO GAP PAUL THE GUY IN CHARGE OF THAT ADMITTED HE HAD THE PAPERWORK JUST NEVER SENT IT THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL IRRESPONSIBLE DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE AND THE SALESMAN WHO SOLD US THE CAR GOT FIRED THE NEXT DAY AFTER HE SOLD US THE CAR NONE OF THE NUMBERS ON THIS PAGE OR GOOGLE WORK SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND DONT PURCHASE HERE We Didn’t Even Have The Car For More Than A Month So No Taxes Were Owed And We Had Insurance And I Also Emailed You Guys No Worries I Will Be At The Dealership Bright And Early You Guys Clearly Don't Know How To Do Your Jobs Correctly!

Be careful if you really need a car for work
It’s been a month now since I’m trying to get one car and I still didn’t get it yet. I go against my son wishes because I was going to go to another dealership or I would’ve get my car within a day or two this dealership Empire they have been a roller coaster ride I mean a rough ride, oh my God I wouldn’t recommend no one for this dealership. I still didn’t get my car yet. I’m still hanging in and waiting and praying. I’m a good person I worked. I’ll give them all that I needed the bank. Want my my. My job to call them they called about my job. They have bought my job paystub. They still holding me up. What more can I do? This is not good Empire you’ve got to do better I go to all the car company. I’ve got my car within a day you guys doing something that’s not right if you can’t give me my car by Monday please a max can you give me my money back or else I’m going to channel 3, channel 8, channel 61 and I’m gonna go to court. This is ridiculous now thank you.

Please for all those that’s looking for a car please don’t finance from empire they don’t like to fix the car that sold you if they do they’ll lie telling you the parts is on back order and never fix your car they talk a good game. people please keep your money and find some place that’s gonna value they customers i already put 1200 into this car that i got from them and now i gotta put another 1500 into it,it’s sad how we put our trust in places like this just to get screwed for your hard earned working money sad sad sad lesson learned,i just felt i had to share this with the public before they get Rob.stay blessed and have a good to the people

Easy to find dealership
We purchased a nice SUV from Empire, We love everything about the SUV we picked out and it runs perfect. We did have to wait a little bit longer when we first got there but we did NOT call ahead of time and they were super busy so it was understandable. Now the process they made super easy when it come to all the paperwork and financing it was simple and quick. We personally had no problems at all, at the end of the day we got a solid SUV for a fair price and good customer service.
