These guys will lie to you to get a sale.

These guys will lie to you to get a sale. Don't trust them because they screwed me so hard and without lube! I'll never go here again. They lied to me about my trade in, shorted me even though they said they'd match or beat another dealerships trade in value. The True car value of the vehicle I got was listed at 29k, they didn't honor True Car Military and wouldn't match true car even though it said that price was good until a certain day. I did reach out to true car who explained that they are supposed to honor the true car price and that they shouldn't have disregarded my true car price. I was told to contact the manager and if they couldn't fix it to escalate through true car! Then the cherry on top.... They told me that I can get the vehicle now and refinance through the company that had the best rate. Well I just called Ally and they do not offer refinancing, which had I known that I never would have accepted the contract. These guys will smile and shake your hand because they are lying to you just to make a sale. And to think they had my best interest in mind. They asked for a Google review, well here it is! Don't trust these guys, they're all fake and full of lies!

This is the third time ( not all with this dealer) that I

This is the third time ( not all with this dealer) that I find a good price car on cars.com and dealer has no clue what car it is or the discounted price. The sales guy said he has no idea where this RAV4 is. He said it’s not in his inventory and gave a price on basically the same car but full MSRP. No discounts on it at all. He straight out lied to me.

New Management is not good.

New Management is not good. We purchased Toyota Hybrid Corolla with 55K or 5 years AutoCare Plus service. Our 5 years will complete on December 26, 2024 and we drove only 50K. The service is due and they are charging money.

Worst manager ever.

Worst manager ever. Sales guy names Kacey is good. The finance manager and the Manager are toooooo bad trying steal the money always. Folks be aware of this dealership. Lost my business forever.

Dealership is clean and everyone is really nice.

Dealership is clean and everyone is really nice. The sales reps both Christian and Harun were very helpful and guided me quickly though what I was looking for and wasn't trying to push anything else but what I was specifically looking for. White Tundra Capstone. This is the only place I'd buy my Tundra from based off my A+ experience with the sales team.

We're from Sacramento went there because their toyota was

We're from Sacramento went there because their toyota was the only one that had the car were looking for. The sales person did a terrible job at explaining the numbers. The manager was desperate on selling the spartan security we was ready to walk on the deal than he finally decided to take it off that took like an hour. Finance was a scam from the beginning they switch our rates to a lower one had us put more money down for it and charged us a 3rd party warranty. Went back and finance then they tried to argue with us about why we wanted to cancel the 3rd party warranty. Terrible service drove all that way just to fill their stupid ego. Never shop from here unless you don't mind getting scammed.
