    I drove 2 hours from with my father from Fishers Hill, Va to take a look at a 2002 Chevy Camaro. When we pulled up to the dealership the car was already... outside wiped down and gassed up. As soon as we step out of our car one of the salesmen is already greeting us (very polite young man). He took a copy of my fathers ID and we went on our test drive. We wanted to stop by a mechanic and also take the car onto 95 to feel it at high way speeds, the gentlemen had no problem what so ever for us wanting to do that. Once we got back to the dealership and my father had decided to buy the car the manager had already had most of the paper ready and waiting so we could get back on the road and not hit any traffic on the way back! Great customer service I will definitely recommend to friends and family and I will definitely go back there for when im ready to purchase a vehicle!

    I had recently bought a Cadillac from this dealer and everything went smoothly for me! I was even stuck at my home with-out a car during the snow storm... and the gentlemen that worked there offered to bring me my car so I wasn't stranded! I will be telling all of my family and friends about them!! Very pleased to do business with Carex Inc.

    I traveled more than 3 hours to reach this place and upon arrival at the town I went to eat because it was lunch time. I get a call from the dealer representative... pretty much rushing me out of lunch telling me they had other appointments...Never heard of a dealer ship rushing people to arrive when they never made an appointment? I just told them I'd be there the day of. Before I even left my home, I called inquiring about 2 cars they had there. Upon arrival, I find out that my favorite car I couldn't test drive ti'll next week because a faulty emergency break. I even called a week BEFORE asking about that car. I was not notified of the problem. That was only the beginning of problems with all the car's I inquired about. Traveled more than 3 hours to find out I couldn't test drive any car, why they didn't tell me before I took off and wasted all that gas, I do not know.... I guess they knew I wouldn't come to their dealership if they came clean about the cars. Customer service was the worst. I left lunch early as previously stated because they said they had other appointments. I was checking out the cars when a second car salesman that worked there approached me with a rude attitude saying I was killing him on time because it was his lunch break..... The nerve on this guy, I traveled 3 hours Just to arrive at the lousy dealership full of car troubles (with no price negotiation). The manager had to step in and apologize for his rude employees. I would have considered going back and buying the car I had been obsessing for over a month but his employees made sure my mind was made up.

    I apologize to anyone that has had to read this review. Here at Carex it is not our intention for anyone to have poor customer service. Now as far as ...this incident I would like to clarify on a few things. We had called this customer over 5 times throughout his trip to us. He left an hour later than we had agreed on, he would not tell us which car he wanted to look at otherwise we would have told them if there was an issue, and when it was past his extended appointment time I called him again and with no notice he told me he stopped to get lunch and was going to be another half an hour or so later. We do not wish to be rude to any customers but we had more appointments with serious customers that I had already pushed back. I told this young man that he was running into someone else's appointment time so he came to our dealership within ten minutes. Upon his arrival we got a copy of his I.D. for a test drive. The Minor who could not even purchase a vehicle wanted to take one of our cars to go pick up his parents from a restaurant that we were unfamiliar with. We told him we could go on our routed test drive (for our safety and the customers) which covers over 11 miles and he refused. Now when the salesman at the time found out that the minor was not even purchasing a vehicle and could not without his parents money or consent he was upset, we had asked this salesman to skip his lunch break to accommodate our customer. The salesman was short with the minor and told him next time he makes an appointment he should keep it or accurately update whom the appointment is with. At that time our manager came outside to talk with the customer and agreed that if he couldn't purchase a car he should have told us and that given the lack of responsibility we did not want to sell him a valuable piece of equipment if he couldn't manage to take responsibility for his own actions. The minor left and the salesman was rebuked accordingly. Again we apologize for any inconvenience and assure that it will not be a problem again. Thank you, Sincerely, Carex Inc.
