Transmission blown after 100 miles of owning

Bought a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder. Test drove fine with mostly clean carfax. Drive Now agreed to put 2 new tires on the front and install a tow hitch wiring harness. They put 2 used tires on the front to pass inspection (saying they "were new to the car"). The provided wire harness, but would not install. Within 120 miles of having the car, the transmission started acting up and needed to be replaced. After Drive No provided warranty, it cost me nearly $4000 to replace the transmission. When told of this, the salesperson said he would speak to the owner, who obviously didn't respond. Also kept getting the run around when trying to get the tags for the car. Be careful with any purchase here. Only negotiate price, as they will find loopholes to not actually do what they agreed on.

Do not recommend

Bought a minivan from here. Tried to get me to sign for the vehicle before making some necessary repairs. After 3 days AC stopped working. After 12 days automatic back door not working. They are not willing to do anything about these repairs which were obviously an issue before we bought the car. Supposed to fix a light within 2 weeks and are now late on that. Be careful buying here. Make sure you get every little thing checked and if still interested get everything in writing to cover yourself. Once you sign the paperwork they no longer have any interest in you or the vehicle you bought. Would not recommend this dealership. They post quality vehicles, but are not selling quality vehicles. Should have gone with someone more reputable.

**DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE**

I went to test drive and purchase a vehicle from Drive Now Auto Sales in Norfolk. I came ready with cash in hand, before making the drive over I asked about the specific vehicle and condition, they said everything was perfect with it and it had a clean carfax. After making the one hour trip to the dealership I was not greeted by anyone and had to make an effort to find help in order to testdrive the vehicle. I eventually got the vehicle on the road and noticed a weird noise, after this I asked to take the vehicle to my mechanic and they allowed me to. Once my mechanic plugged in his computer and took a look around the car it became apparent that this car was nothing like what the dealer and the carfax said it was. The car had been in an accident before in which the airbags deployed causing the cruise control to malfunction, this came up on an autocheck report but not a carfax. There were thousands of dollars in other repairs also needed to this vehicle (no need to list out all the repairs). Getting to the point I was astonished at the terrible customer service and false advertising of this establishment. I would NEVER reccommend buying a vehicle from these people. I can tell that they do not care about the quality about the vehicles they sell just by seeing the condition of the vehicles that were on their lot.

Happy Customer

The staff were very professional, made sure I understood everything before I signed it and made sure I left with what I wanted. I am so excited to be an owner of a 2011 Nissan Maxima, fully loaded.
