READ EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU SIGN.

READ EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU SIGN. Even if you’re being rushed through the application process!! Take your time to read!! Sat in the office for OVER 5 hours “trying to get the best deal”. Was told an extended warranty was REQUIRED to purchase a car with them. Extra $2100+ I didn’t need to spend probably went in the dudes pocket. Boasted all these features in the car and it turns out half of them didn’t even work, wasn’t able to find that part out until it was too late. So many issues. ABSOLUTE rip off never again.

I had gone to look at a 2015 428i they had listed when i

I had gone to look at a 2015 428i they had listed when i got there the thing was beat to high xxxx and not what i expected from a car with 80k miles on it the car looked like they put zero effort into cleaning it up from when they got it the thing looked like something from auction when i had test drove the car the sales guy had no clue about anything on the car also the rear differential bearing was grinding common issue for the 4 series i had told KC there finance guy there what was happening with the car and he said “i’ll take it for a spin around the block” not even 2 minutes later he comes back with a ipod nano and said that the grinding noise was the ipod i know it wasn’t as i had test drove the same car at another dealer and they had it get inspected and they told me it was the rear differential bearing the trim in the back was falling out the brakes haven’t been done in 25k miles and all 4 tires needed to be replaced and 1 of them had a bubble coming out the side wall they where trying to push the warranty and said it would cover the repairs and i would be able to take it to bmw to get fixed for free but i checked the warranty and it was only for authorized shops bmw was not one of them but you know what was a xxxxing shell gas station all i was thinking was if a car with 80k miles is this beat to xxxx how bad would the prior maintenance records be if your not gonna take care of your car your definitely not gonna take care of the maintenance i would strongly recommend you stay away from this dealer nothing good will come from it

There’s a good reason people don’t like used car

There’s a good reason people don’t like used car businesses. Of course the buying process was smooth but that’s where the easy stuff stopped. Few weird things popped up, contacted the dealer to check some dash lights but no resolve. Decided to take the SUV to the make dealership for a full diagnostics 4 months after purchase and there was a laundry list of issues (tie rods, axle, breaks, drive belts all needed replacing including a sedan key fob programmed in. Lazy work on the dealers part. On top of this, I had requested the $1000 GAP be refunded because I planned to refinance and get a better rate. I was told this process takes 4-7 weeks. At week 8, after having been put on hold for 30+ minutes any time I called and trying by multiple times to speak to someone about this, I went to the shop and spoke to the manager Lou who stated Absolute hadn’t received the check. The insurance company stated Absolute had cleared the check 4 weeks prior to so I was lied to. On the 10th week after I canceled the GAP they said they mailed the check to the lender (which I am still waiting on). Dealerships make money on the GAP and interest rates, hence the unnecessary delays. Needless to say they fit the stereotype.

He was incredible helpful with everything to do with the

He was incredible helpful with everything to do with the car buying process. Normally you expect a weird buttoned-up type as a car salesman, but Hakar felt more like a friend trying to help me through the process. I couldn’t ask for anything more from someone trying to sell me a car.

If you are looking for car dealers that really listen to

If you are looking for car dealers that really listen to what you need and have a the stock of qualified used cars… these guys are great. We found the perfect car in our price range for my daughter after her accident and Absolute was so helpful and patient with us till we found the right fit. Definitely check this dealer out next time you are shopping for a car.
