I did like this place when I first walked in. They were welcoming and seemed to care for the customers. But things went downhill when they figured out I am a college student with a limited budget looking for a car that can deal with Michigan winter. I wanted to checked out and test drive one of their vehicles and my budget didn’t meet what they were asking for. Mike said I was just playing games even if I attempted to raise the budget at that moment. My intention for buying a vehicle instantly went away. THESE ARE NOT PEOPLE TO NEGOTIATE WITH. I later found out that they got the vehicle (clean title but had damage report) from an auction for cheap. They had a huge mark up on it and wasn’t willing to negotiate the price. I wanted to test the vehicle and see if it was really worth the money and I could potentially work harder to raise my budget but I got shutdown at the door. I understand they wanted to sell me stuff but in a shady way. Not impressed. I wish it was a better experience. I did my research on other vehicles they had after I got home and found out everything was overpriced. No room for negotiation and no concern for budget.

The female sales rep was super nice and helpful, but once she called her boss over, it was a wrap, guy was super rude and arrogant / cocky. But he was so self confident he would make the sale. I will never go there to buy a vehicle from that guy ever.
