I bought a dodge caravan from this lot and soon as I

I bought a dodge caravan from this lot and soon as I drove off the lot my check engine light came. I called them immediately to let them know and I was told the shop would contact me to get that looked at seems how they were closed. I never got a call from the shop so I called them. My car started act funny not wanting to start until one day it just wouldn’t start. So I told them about it my payment was due and I explained to them that by my car not running I would have to use my car payment to Uber so I could get back and forth to work. They asked for proof I had to Uber not we gonna get to your car asap. Sent my receipt then they immediately got my car in no problem claimed it was the battery and the battery terminals they put a new battery in but did not replace my terminals. So my car was still doing the same thing I had to go elsewhere to get it fixed. They are overcharging for vehicles and tell you to get gap insurance and when I asked the lady why it was needed she claimed you have to have it in case something goes wrong. So me I didn’t take the gap insurance because I made her tell the truth cause I’m not a dummy. They make you pay for a higher insurance and if you don’t they add they own insurance to your payment. This should be against the law. My van I took it to auto one for them to see why my check engine light is still on and it’s got something to do with my thermostat. I explained that to them and the man told me they didn’t find no problem. Again my check engine light is still on reading the same code and they don’t wanna fix it but if it mess up completely it voids my warranty. This place shouldn’t be allowed to sell vehicles to a dead dog. Signed Kisha

Purchased a dodge caravan from them and the moment I left

Purchased a dodge caravan from them and the moment I left lot the check engine light came on. Called and let them know they told me to contact the service department to get the vehicle checked. Service department put me off saying they couldn’t get me in until a month later. Well I couldn’t drive my van and had to Uber to work and couldn’t make the payment. They got my van in and said it was my battery well my check engine light has been on since I went and got it diagnosed and they said it was my thermostat going out. Well the car lot keeps putting me off as to they can’t get it in and my warranty is only good for so long. My sway bar is missin a nut and something is wrong with my front end so I wouldn’t refer my dog to them.

It comes with a warranty but they sell so many crappy

It comes with a warranty but they sell so many crappy cars that magically passed inspection, it takes 3 weeks to get in for a diagnosis and three weeks to get back in for an apt. The vehicle I have has less than 3000 miles driven since precise Ac does not work, car stalls and automatically will stop for no reason. They are aware and have done nothing to accommodate.

Instant auto amazing

I have struggled since day 1 not having a car and then I was late but they worked with Me then I lost my non waited 3 weeks for pay and I was so stressed and concerned but they worked with me and I would recommend all the way. They are extremely patient and they actually have a kind heart :) thank u instant autos finance team

Amazing Service

Our sales lady walked us through the whole process. She helped us find the best insurance rate. The finance department is absolutely amazing and helpful in anyway. Our next purchase of a car will definitely be through them

Car Buying Process

I would highly recommend Instant Auto to my friends and family. I loved the atmosphere, it was so welcoming and the staff was very friendly and nice. By far it was the most quickest I ever purchased a vehicle. Thank You Emily and Shannon. Loving my new vehicle.

Bad car choice

So I test drove the car last Wednesday. On Thursday I went back to put a down payment on the car. I literally drove from the car dealership to my job on my lunch break which was 15 minutes away. I made it to my job and the car broke down. Something about a vvc sensor. I got the car back a week later. The check engine light came on the car started to shake and act weird so I drove it to another dealership just to find out the timing belt was finna go out. When I called up to dealership the clerk told me they knew of the situation but they hands was tied and they couldn’t do anything to help me. So today I drove the car back to them. And instead of giving me my money back they proceeded to make me sign a we forgive you for returning the car. And they refused to give me back my money even though it was their mistake. Not I have a repo on my credit and no money I do not recommend these people to anyone if you want to get screwed over this is the place to go.

Instant Auto Stole my car

I bought and paid off my car with Instant Auto in Kansas City Mo in August 2022. On December 6, 2022 I go to work only to come out and see my car is gone. I reported it stolen only to find out that Instant Auto repossessed my car. I do not understand how a company sends me a lean release and I have the car title fully in my name after paying the car in full they can just show up and take my car 5 months after it’s paid off. I contacted the company to see what was going on and the refused to talk to me and hung up on me multiple times. When I provided a copy of my title they accused me of having a fake title. When it was proven a real title they still refused to talk to me. My car has been repo and I’m out of the $13,000 I paid for my car. How is this even legal

Stay away from Instant Auto Credit KC

Sold me a car without a catalytic converter and gave me an inspection that shows it passed. Not even 48 hours later AC stops working and fuse box gets super hot and was burnt where ac relay was. Not to mention fuse box came apart in my hand. Had to take the car to the Dodge Dealership.
