WORSE DEALERSHIP--LEMON LAW VEHICLE!! Do not waste your time at this dealership. They sold me a Ford Explorer in August 2020 that started to give me problems... right away! I took it back to them after a week letting them know of the issues and they took it to their mechanic of trust across the street to get it "serviced". At this point I told Pepe, the sales man who sold me the vehicle I no longer was happy with the vehicle and wanted to return it, he said "No, we will fix it" (Keep in mind this was still during the 30 day warranty/1,000 miles). After they attempted to fix it 3-4 times, they decided to take it to the FORD dealer to have a diagnose done on it. They LIED on the day they took it to Ford to buy them some days to fix it elsewhere. When I contacted Ford they told me Soledad Auto Sales had taken my truck days before and that it needed a new TRANMISSION, because the one it had was no longer good. When I asked them why they hadn't notified me yet, their salesman Juan told me because they needed to find somewhere to do it for less money because it was an expensive repair. I was furious to find out that they tried to cover up what was wrong with the vehicle and immediately asked for my down payment back and for them to take the vehicle off my name. It was a nightmare to contact the owner Andy, he was never available. After I was able to speak with the owner, he accepted to return my down payment and give me my 1st payment of the vehicle back as soon as I mentioned LEMON LAW. He tried to convince me to purchase another vehicle from the but I told them I was so discontent with the service. The vehicle spent more time in the shop than I did driving it in the 30 day warranty it had. NOW, I just received a noticed from the DMV that they have NOT removed me from the title of the vehicle and I have a suspended registration for a vehicle I do not have in property, and a penalty. I RETURNED THIS VEHICLE IN SEPTEMBER OF 2020. AVOID this dealership and the headache to have to deal with DMV and Loan stuff after because they cannot even do that. I'm sure they still have this vehicle at their lot. So do not purchase it.
worst place to buy a car their vehicles have mechanical problems they will give you the run around to fix the problem they will tell you to bring the car... in to get it fix leaving you with out a car for 2 or more days and the won't fix the problem you could file a complain at this # 4082787400
Worst exspirence ever when I tried to call this business! A man answered the phone unprofessionally, and I asked him very nicely if I could speak with... Jose? The man was very rude and said what Jose?! There’s like 5 Joes that work here! I didn’t know his last name. And as I was trying to tell the man that he barked over my voice and said “are you going to buy a car or what”!?! It was so aweful I started shaking. I calmly asked if I could talk to the manager, the man then yelled “I am the manager”! At that point I just hung on. Very very disappointing especially considering I just purchased a car from these people. And it need repairs that’s why I was calling.
There's a reason my family and I've bought 2 cars here before. Though their prices aren't always the cheapest, you definitely get what you pay for here... and they stand behind what they sell 100%.
