    Do not buy Volkswagen! They do not diagnose and fix warranty issues properly!!! They do not care about the customers! They keep your car for a ridiculous... amount of time and still aren't smart enough to diagnose and fix properly!!! If you want a company that values customers buy another brand!!!     I found the vehicle that I wanted on their website. I had my own financing I called the dealership told them about my financing. The finance manager Saud... we don't use them let us get your financing. I said no and had to argue with the salesman neither the salesman nor that finance manager would work with me. I waited a few days and went to the dealership talked with a different manager. He looked at my financing and sold me the car but I had to wait to pick the car up until the bank had paid them. 2 days after theyreceiving the check. I called the dealership wanting to puck up my car no one knew anything about it. I had to go to the dealership speak to the general manager show my paperwork to prove I had bought a car. He said he knew nothing about it but released my car not even a sorry about your experience or anything. Won't buy a second one from this dealership.

    hands down this was the best experience I've had buying a car. My salesman (Matt) met me at the door with a handshake, showed me the car, and we talked... numbers. No pressure from anyone to buy. They exceeded my expectations on my trade in value and got the price of my "new" car where I wanted. Rich (finance) guy was great and very friendly. The dealership was very clean and you could tell the owner and staff took a lot of pride in the place. I highly recommend this dealer.

    Got a complicated problem fixed on my wife's Jetta (which I'd love to sell!!)) at a very reasonable price with excellent communication with Hans in Service.... Highly recommend. Used to be in the industry and it is hard to find a dealer who actually works with/for their customers.

    I had the best buying experience at this VW dealership than any other dealerships and they gave me some nice goodies into the buying process and I am truly... mind blown. They kept their word by taking care of my car’s needs when I addressed the issues of the car during the buying process and they actually mailed the 2nd key which wasn’t included when the car was returned to VW during buy back process in NJ. Wipers didn’t work, they took care of it. They let us drive our old vehicle home which was 2017 Ford Explorer that I traded it in for the 2014 JSW TDI. Brought the car to my home in Mount Dora with almost empty fuel tank, they apologized as their driver forgot. So they mailed me the gift card. I definitely will come back for another car purchase down the road. :) Cathy is the best sales woman. sorry for late review due to my insane work hours.

    We brought our Beetle in for an oil change with a scheduled appt. at 10am. We were told there was 1 car in front of us being serviced. After an hour and... 10 minutes I went and asked what the status was as I saw the car still sitting outside. They told me I was next and would be another 20 minutes. After 30 minutes I went and asked again and they were just finishing it. By the time we paid and got in the car it had been 2 hours for a simple oil change. This is a ridiculous amount of time for a oil change especially since I had an appointment.

    First I would like to start with the purchase.I had 2 vehicles in mind and needed to see them in person.Decided on the Golf Alltrack.Have not been disappointed... in my decision.So after 10K miles just took it in for its first service.I live in New Smyrna Beach so it a ways for me but the crew at St.Augustine VW are most excellent.The fine folks there are friendly and courteous from the no pressure sales team to the outstanding service techs.I can only say nothing but the best as I have personally only been treated as a friend and not just a customer.I get compliments on my Golf and will always include that I bought mine in St.Augustine and that it is worth the drive.
