They were kind enough to explain what was going on with my car and then asked what services I wanted to complete instead of just doing them. I was glad they did because one of the services they said I needed was done when I got my previous oil change at another mechanic. They also explained other services that I would need that was coming up. I greatly appreciate the fact they did not pressure me and try to scare me into getting services. This is especially important for me as a female being used to mechanics always trying to take advantage of me and over charging me.

Number Crunching Crooks

I requested Gap insurance multiple times. The retail contract was. Presented to me without gap. I advised the rep immediately that I need gap insurance. He stated that “the Finance manager in the back would add the gap and There was no need for concern.” I got to the back and the finance manager said “Oh the bank would not add it. You will have To buy it for $625.” Then on top of that they did not fix the dent on the hood Of the Car as they promised. These are crooks, stay away.

For your information, GAP insurance is optional and has a cost associated to it. Everyone knows, that if a customer wants GAP insurance, he must purchase it. Best Dealership in Franklin, TN

Great experience

We worked with Ryan Leboeuf on the purchase of a used Camry for our daughter. Ryan and the dealership exceeded our expectations. When we first reached out, someone else had already put a deposit down on the car we selected. We had multiple people helping us try to find something similar. When the other buyers released the Camry in favor of another car, we ended up buying it. It's a solid starter car for our daughter, and we were really pleased with the professionalism and customer service in the pre-owned area. We would recommend it to others.

Don’t buy here

Sales does not care about customers just revenue long story short had lemon truck in service once a month for a year decided to sell and get new one figured sales would want to make me happy being 3rd truck in 6 years but not just wanted to haggle with me and make as much as possible so I went else where told them story and they made a deal first time no back and forth they lost my business forever DO NOT RECOMMEND STAY AWAY
