Recall service was done in a timely manner.
Recall service was done in a timely manner. Customers lounge needs some attention. Chair fabric is peeling off and looks terrible. Coffee and snacks were very good. There was only one vehicle on display in the sales room. My question to my wife was if you were closing the dealership. The KIA is very popular and a lot of new dealerships are opening.

The service department was very helpful in finding what was wrong with my car. They fixed it although it took more than a week to get parts in and complete the service. I am thankful it was under warranty. My car just had barely over 100,000 miles. The repair was quite expensive! Thank you Tiffany and the service team!!

I don't know what all they have to do to fix a car. The only thing I would suggest is better communication to the customer. That way we don't call or go in the dealership to find out what is happening with our car. Tiffany was very patient with me and all my concerns.

We purchased two new cars from Matthews Kia of Cartersville in the past 8 months. Everyone we have encountered, from the manager, finance manager, sales team, service team and customer support staff have been wonderful from start to finish. What especially keeps us loyal to this dealership is our sales person, Jamaal Avery. He has gone above and beyond in his role. Jamaal goes out of his way to remain available. My elderly uncle has visited, unannounced, on several occasions with questions about the technology on his Kia. Jamaal never fails to welcome him, spend time with him and answer any and all questions. He is honest and engaging and in a time when social interacting is becoming impersonal and rushed, Jamaal provides genuine friendliness and engagement. He shows respect and kindness to an 85 year old man who can sometimes find himself lost in today’s technology. My uncle is a retired Engineer and Jamal has the gift of recognizing g him for who he is rather than what age he is. This is a rare and appreciated quality now days. We appreciate Jamaal and consider him to be a friend who’s relationship is not merely transactional. He is a young man who shows the utmost respect for the baby boomer generation and it is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this wonderful dealership for anyone in the market for a Kia.
