Buyer Beware

Here’s an update on my situation. Purchased a SUV from this place July 28th, 2020. Nicole was the sales person, she was friendly and very helpful. My issue is, it is now December and I have not received the title for the vehicle I paid for in cash. I do have the receipts, was able to register the vehicle, but have had the run around with getting the title, making me think they never had it. I called the DMV in September and they never received the transfer of title from LV Cars. I called LV Cars over 6 times to get in touch with the title person and never got a call back. Finally talked to someone and they said the dmv returned the title in September for something they filled out incorrectly. Ok. Due to covid, I figured I would wait 6 weeks to see if I get the title after they resubmit. No title Nov. 6th. I call LV Cars again, they are short staffed and didn’t have time to resubmit the title til Nov 6th the day I called. Interesting? I call the DMV end of Nov., still no title received by them. I had to fill out an investigation report so the DMV can cite them for not being diligent (state law 30 days to submit a title for a vehicle sale). Now have to wait for the investigation to complete before I can take their findings to civil court. No one at LV Cars has any clue and just gives short answers like, “we submitted it” “sorry, short staffed” “maybe it had a lien on it when we bought it and the paperwork wasn’t signed off on.” They don’t care they are 4 months after selling the vehicle providing no title. Be wary of purchasing from here. Ask to see the physical copy of the title before purchasing the vehicle, especially in cash! I’ll update with any compensation or reports from DMV and LV Cars as I get them. Good luck.

Worst experience ever!!!

I purchased a Ford F250 Pickup from this dealer and out of the 3 months I have had it I have only been able to drive it for two weeks total. The rest of the time it has been in the repair shop. Now The repair shop tells me the motor needs to be replaced and the warranty they sold me is not worth the paper it is written on. Veritas Global extended warranty company is refusing to honor the warranty. They have came up with one excuse after another to deny the claim. DO NOT let them sell you this warranty, do not take my word for it, check the BBB website and you will see that there is only 1 positive review. They deny all claims. Buyer beware!!! It also took 3 months to get a title from them. Horrible experience.

Lying thieves

Very scandalous company they lied to me on the phone trying to tell me that there was a warranty issue and I needed to come in right away but later in the phone call after I told them that I had work and didn’t live close I was told that my financing was denied because the vehicle had too many miles and when I asked if I could get my down payment back I was told that I would when I get there they tried selling me another vehicle while I had repeatedly told them I just wanted my down payment back so I could leave, they refused to give me my full down payment back when I wouldn’t get another vehicle through them and said it was because I had the vehicle for 2 weeks and they needed to charge me $500 also I had spoke to the sales man who lied to me on the phone and he said that his manager had told him to do it to try and get me there without knowing the real reason

Warning, terrible, fraud!

After 3 months of having the car. I was promised that certain things that were wrong with the car would be fixed at their cost, since I caught the engine light and other things before purchasing the car. I never got a call back for an appointment for the repairs now that I followed back with them. They claim due to the sales person Robert and the service manager Rafa no longer working there they can’t honor the Evap minor leak it had before I purchased the car ( how did they pass the smog check for me) Well, they got their illegal connections. 3 months in and the car needs well over 2k worth of repairs. Evap leak repair, tires, breaks, break hoses are leaking, air box filter has screws drilled into to keep it together and is falling apart, alarm goes off every time you unlock the car, AC blow motor, coolant reservoir is cracked. Who knows what else will show up after a full inspection. DON’T PURCHASE A CAR from here. They’re auction cars and they don’t look into the cars before selling them.

The sales manager is TERRIBLE

Terrible dealership. The manager Harley is immature and resorted to threatening me and yelling obscenities in my face when I came back upset about multiple issues that occurred with my car just minutes after driving off the lot. He said he doesn’t “work for me” and I’m “services problem now”. He then slammed his office door in my face and threatened to have me arrested for trespassing if I didn’t leave. I never once even raised my voice. I just wanted to address the issues with the vehicle. Harley was so over the top that his service manager and salesperson both apologized profusely to me. Don’t do business with these people. The misrepresented the vehicle I purchased and then treated me like I was subhuman after I signed the sales contract and left. Worst experience I’ve EVER had buying a car.

YIKES

I recently bought a pickup here. Before i visited i called and scheduled an appt with angie. When i came in for my appt there was another sales rep telling me angie did not work there (shady). Now walking into the their office they have a huge sign that states no warranty. By seeing this, one would assume they check all of the vehicles they sale. Upon arriving the truck was not at the dealership and angie advised me that they were bringing it over from the other lot. When the truck arrived at the dealership it was extremely dirty on the outside and inside. The gentleman that delivered the truck got out when he arrived and instantly aggressively said "is he interested?! Is he serious about it?!". Making us feel uncomfortable. Anyways moving on. The truck drove good on the test drive so we decided toove forward with it. Angie had promised the truck was going to be detailed thoroughly. As soon as we walked into the office angies first words were "give me your card so i can take the down payment because these other people want the truck. I really had no choice from the pressure. The deal went well and we drove the truck home. 2 days later a engine code appeared for a coolant issue which is yet to be resolved. Then to finish from earkier they gave the truck dirty. The interior had gum in the carpet and dust all in the vents. The finny thung is the guys in the shop were trying to give me a card for their detailing services. So i took the time and spent 4 yours detailing. Upon detailing it i found the front tires were all cracked on the sides from dry rotting. Idk how that passed inspection. The manqger told me he put $35 USED TIRES ON IT. Stay FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
