Buyer beware

Buyer beware - Would score a 0 if it were possible. Purchased vehicle online. Paid a premium for a vehicle that when delivered would not pass inspection upon arrival. Pre-purchase Inspection at a local dealership scored high, Manager over Service Dept was embarrassed and chose to pay for some ($1500) of my repairs which initially were quoted over $10,000. Note, when the vehicle was arrived it was delivered with the windshield shattered and roof caved in. The delivery company chosen by Driven Motors was supposedly insured up to $1MM but had somehow managed to have a one week lapse in paying their premium, you guessed it, during the same timeframe as my delivery. Repairs I was responsible for totaled $1600. Driven Motors for a short time would respond to a call or email but soon after response was zero. Also note, legal action in the State of Florida was discouraged by my attorney as the laws are in favor of the businesses there. Over the years I have purchased many vehicles and many online. This is by far the worst purchase experience for me. I also wish I would have written this earlier. Unfortunate life gets in the way. I will repeat my first words - Buyer Beware.

Excellant Transaction

I am from Atlanta and made this in Jacksonville. I called ahead and talked with Chris . We exchanged information via email and text. I took his word and made the drive with cash in hand. Chris meet me there before business hours, we went for a test drive and closed the deal. My son and I purchased a Porsche Cayman S. Chris seemed as happy as we did with the sale. He new it was going for a good cause. We've had this car 2 years now and love it as much as we did the day we bought it.

customer service is great until you buy the car,.

Purchased a car for my son. Car broke down the day I took it home (dead battery). Two weeks later I was told by a repair shop a new engine was needed because someone had put a bogus sealant in the engine. The mechanic called DM and spoke with Kevin and explained all the issues. Kevin claimed to not know anything about it, but he has an employee named Gil who "tinkers" with cars. I do not know if they were telling the truth or not. I had a balance of $450 left and asked them if they could write it off since I was looking at either another car or a $4K bill. They would not budge. The cars look great but they are all overpriced pieces of crap. You will do better to go to a dealer and get a car with a warranty.
