We were passing through Virginia looking for a chevrolet

We were passing through Virginia looking for a chevrolet Trax and called multiple dealers with minimal luck. We called Rick Hendrick Chevrolet Norfolk and they had one on the lot. They got it ready for us so when we arrived we could take it for a test drive and then Conner and the rest of the sales team were very helpful through the process.

When there today for oil change tire rotation and

When there today for oil change tire rotation and windshield wipers told gentlemen I pay with my rewards so after they were done could not used rewards there Wed site was down so had to py 54 dollors for wipers good thing I could pay

Racist drive all gas out

Drove out all gas racist... No culture of people service bad The service manager that sits in office cannot figure out what color dress he want...black ppl they are a rip off Rick Hendricks Chevrolet norfolk

Ms. Battle, We worked on your vehicle twice in the last month or so, the first one we had to drop the fuel tank, we didn't drive the fuel out, and this time we only drove it 16 miles. When we worked on your vehicle previously you requested a full tank of gas, we offered to take you down to the gas station and use our company card. You demanded cash. My service lane manager took 20 dollars out of her own pocket and gave it to you. We have since reimbursed her. You came back this time with us driving 16 documented miles and asked for cash once again. We do not reimburse for gas on service tickets.
