Rick Hendrick Service

Overall the service was good. The representative took good care of me. I left my vehicle and ready when promised for my oil change. I was hoping a car wash included.

No Hassles, No Hustles Just Great Service

I had a appointment so I did not have to wait. Mr. Anthony Bailey gave me great customer service with no hassels, he made my car shopping a one dealership deal. It was so easy to trade my old suv and purchase of a new vehicle. I recommend Rick Hendrick Chevrolet to for new and used vehicles!!

Great Service

I would like to say thanks to Andrew Hammonds for his help in the purchase of my new 2018 Chevy CRUZE and how he showed me about the new features of the Audio system and the other new additions of this great vehicle and He made sure it was good and clean when I got it. I would also like to thank James Barnes on how he explain and went over the Financial paper work in order to purchase this vehicle there was a lot of paper involved when you purchase a vehicle nowadays. Thanks again

Long drive for me but had what I wanted

Not a local dealer for me but they had exactly what I was looking for took a while to come to terms but got there only thing wasn't happy with was it took a week for confirmation of wire transfer of funds

Enjoying my new Traverse!!!

Happy Rider in a new Traverse

We had a great experience when buying our new Traverse. Our salesman, Edward Wheat, did an outstanding job of connecting us with the vehicle that was right for us. He listened to us and worked with us to put together a deal that was satisfactory to all. It was an absolute pleasure to have worked with Mr. Wheat.

Very friendly staff

The facility was clean and comfortable. Jon was very nice and not pushy at all, and very attentive. He made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Great staff, I even had a random staff member stop and speak to us while we waited, that was very nice of her.
