It was very good, good people there, they r so helpful

Disappointing service

I had a service appointment at 9:30 am for a check engine light. After waiting all morning i was provided no updates until 12 noon. They finally told me the problem which was a battery module issue, and also an Issue I told them about after getting a report from Auto Zone. So at 1:30 pm I’m still waiting for word on my vehicle. Very Disappointing.

Excellent place

Did my application over the phone and was approved. arrive at location and met with Debbie sale person and work out the paperwork. vehicle I took was a black Honda Accord touring sedan with low mileage. everything fell through with the deal. thankyou Debbie for everything you've done me.

Above and beyond

I simply needed an oil change. The tech found that my vehicle was severely out of alignment and my front two tires were no longer safe. In no time at all they had two new tires for me and the vehicle properly aligned. I hadn?t known how bad the vehicle needed this alignment until afterwards when I drove home. It was like a new car! Thank you to the caring staff whom treated me like family and made sure my family was safe!

Upgrade

I submit my application over the phone and texted in all needing documents came in at 2pm and picked out of a small selection but found the vehicle we liked we were done and out by 4:30pm
