dealer needs to update advertisement after sale.

dealer needs to update advertisement after sale.... cars are listed that are not even available no more. called and was told it was still available, got there and they said it had been sold days prior. 2 very confused sales people with little knowledge what they even have on the lot vs what has been sold. ask for physical check if you call prior to visiting in person.

I feel the two gentlemen I spoke with were honest & very polite. It’s just too bad that we couldn’t reach an actual agreement for a vehicle that in my eyes would be sitting for a long time.

I do not recommend this car shop

Bad customer service had them fix my 02 trailblazer still works for two week then turns off first they said the battery then its wiring problem there bad with cars

Great experience

We purchased a used 2005 passat. The car was in great condition, and had 93,000 miles on it. When we went to take the car for a test dtive, the battery was dead. Car was jumped 2 times, and started, but they said we needed a new battery. He called the local auto zone and had a new 5 year warranty battery delivered. We test drove the car, liked it, and made an offer which was accepted. We did say it was contingent on the air conditioner being fixed. We purchased the car, knowing I was going to drive back the hour drive a few days later to have them add coolant to the air conditioner. I made the drive a few days later, and adding coolant didn't work. They said they wouI'd take it to their local repair shop. I had also mentioned that 2 days after we drove it off their lot that the muffler was loud when it hadn't been loud when we bought it. They called me back to bring the car in for the appointment so the air could be fixed. We took the car in for the appointment. Matt called to say the air was fixed. He asked if I had noticed the muffler being a little louder. I said I had mentioned that it was louder as I had stated 2 days after we bought it. He said there was a small hole in a section of the muffler, and they would fix it for free!!! I feel the service we received was exceptional. Yes, we drove 1 hour away to purchase the car, but we got a new battery, air conditioner fixed, and the muffler fixed all for our purchase price. I will definitely go back to this dealership to buy another used car. Thanks car corral for a great experience!
