Finance department

I had a very bad experience with the finance department he was very rude and not nice at all. The sales department was very nice however so but I have never been spoke to like that before in my life extremely rude

Worked for 2 weeks

Saw the car online. Checked KBB and they were just barely in the fair price range. When I got there the car was buried in the back of the lot, but started right up. There was major cosmetic damage: dashboard curling up, huge hole in the console, no key lock on the trunk, cover on the driver seat to hide damage, driver window extremely slow moving, passenger and back seats had water damage from the windows being left slightly open, replacement bumper hanging off from improper insulation. Asked about a lesser price. They pretended I hadn't spoken at all the first 2 times. The 3rd time they assured me that the vehicle was mechanically sound. As this car was for my teenage son I was not so concerned with cosmetics, and asked again about it being reliable, well maintained, and it would not leave my son stranded. They were insistent it was a strong, good working car and that the only issue had been bumper damage. Driver window would not roll up when we got home. Found out that the other windows weren't left open, but slowly fall open within a day or two. It is now ONLY TWO WEEKS since I bought it and the car refuses to start! I called; they told me that I can have it towed at my expense (I am almost 100 miles away) and they would ALLOW me to pay dealership prices to have it fixed. I understand it's a used car, but TWO WEEKS? Really?

If you want to buy a car with a failing engine go to Raleigh Imports! Got a Ford ranger from this dealership… the next day check engine light came on it started to shake after taking it to the mechanic found out that two cylinders are dead and it needs a new engine.

Looking for The Great Car!!!

We were impressed with our dealer "Kyle" he was laid back and he made my husband and I feel really comfortable talking to him. He was accurate and knew the information we needed to hear. We ended up buying a car today because we were sold on Kyle's high qualities of knowing how to relate to people looking and needing just that certain car, oh and all that paperwork that usually occurs at most dealerships and takes half the day to complete, well that did not happen with Kyle, we were finished with everything in less than an hour. Thanks for making our Saturday a good one Kyle and hope that dental procedure goes well on Tuesday.

Let's make a deal

I found a vehicle on Cars.com that was being offered by this dealership. The experience was pretty cool. I went by and was able to take the vehicle on a test drive and was able to pick it up a few days later for a pre-purchase inspection. Service advisor performing the inspection advised against purchasing due to rust and an extensive test drive revealed issues when traveling over 55 mph. Didn't purchase the vehicle but the experience with the dealership went well enough.

Small things add up

I bought a 2002 Ford Expedition from Raleigh imports. and I Love the SUV, But not happy with several things, having got it home I started to see many things wrong with it. The stereo wasn't working at the dealership so they gave me a little discount to purchase a new one. I also got a warranty on the trans and Motor for 3 months or 4500 miles. But its the others things I've found since I got it home. The two front windows tracks are broken, They will have to be replaced, The Amp in the back is bad. That's a couple hundred. Also one of the doors has the rubber stripping inside door completely missing, that's another 89.00, and the Heater core was bad, leaking fluid. So That had to be replaced. The whole dash had to be taken out in order to get to the core to replace it, 60.00 worth of parts. I was lucky My nephew did the work so I got it done reasonably. Its could have easily been high dollar. yes I checked the SUV over. My bad I was through enough, I didn't roll the windows ALL the way down, I should have, I didn't turn the heat on that day. it was hot out, and well I assume nothing was wrong with this SUV since I did ask them if there were any issues with it. and I was told no. So always check EVERYTHING big or small things. They sure aren't going to tell you.
