Jake Cable was a great salesman. Very patient and answered all my questions regarding my truck purchase. Service department worked quickly to fix a dent... and did a good job of detailing the truck. Initially had some issues with some miscommunication but Jason Palmer, the Pre-Owned Sales Director, resolved it immediately. Very happy with my experience at Honda of Denton.

This was the first time going to this location. I received service from Chase he was extremely helpful and actually took the time to explain everything.... I'm not a car guru so it's nice to have a advisor explain my services to me in simple terms. I will definitely come back and schedule my repairs with him. He was extremely warm and easy to talk to.

Had a great experience with Jake Cable. He was very kind and took time to let me talk and look at whatever I wanted. The only downfall was when the car... was taken to get cleaned up for me to take home. They didn't fully wipe down the van, and I found tooth pics in the side of the interior. It looked like it was quickly done, and not up to standards. However, the sale managers and Jake was amazing!

lack of follow up from internet sales team, had to reach out multiple times. When I picked up car maintenance light was on and had to leave it for service... until following day.

Their service department is horrible. Bought the vehicle there new and it included the service plan for oil changes and tire rotations. The vehicle has... under 30,000 miles and I noticed the front tires have 0 life left in them. I called service and they admitted the tires HAD NOT been properly rotated as stated on all of my paperwork from each service that led to the uneven tire wear and the need for a complete set of tires. Their only solution was to say we are sorry. I will not purchase anything from this dealership or take anything there for service as they don't care about the clients that keep them in business. Do yourself a favor and go to a reputable dealership.
