We went to the dealership, only to see what was

We went to the dealership, only to see what was available. Knowing we were going to need a new car in the near future. When asked if we were there just looking for info or ready to purchase, my husband said yes, and I said no! However, as soon as we got there, we were greeted with sincere friendliness and conversation. There was no pressure to purchase, but every question we had was answered to our satisfaction. Zion our sales person was delightful to work with. He provided what we were looking for, but did not try to direct our preferences and he made it all come together, as if it was our idea to buy a car! He was knowledgeable and professional, but in a very likable way. We would recommend Zion as a car sales person to anyone. Buying a car takes time however it didn?t seem like a long wait. The time for the financials did not seem endless and preparation was well done so that it was worked through easier than we have experienced in the past. The building for the dealership is light, bright and open. It was very clean and comfortable.

The dealership is always easy to work with.

The dealership is always easy to work with. They provided me with a ride home and let me know approximately when the vehicle would be ready. The work was completed that same day and my vehicle was clean when I came to pick it up.

Told multiple things that did not happen.

Told multiple things that did not happen. My trade had a bed cover and was told that they would get me a bed cover for the vehicle I was purchasing. Was told, ?we can?t afford that? Dealership owed me money. Was told I would get my check in 24 hours. I finally had to sit at the dealership after 3 days to get my check. Rust stain in bed. Asked if they would try to remove it when they detailed it. They took the vehicle for detail while I went to the restroom. They came back with it when I came back from the restroom (~10 min Max). Stains still there (untouched)
