Called to schedule an appointment reiterated what I

Called to schedule an appointment reiterated what I wanted to come in for and what was going on. When I got there instead of looking at my trim piece I came in for my oil was changed without asking me. I called about my fianc�?s truck to ensure it would get worked on if brought in and was given misinformation about that as well. I strongly believe that as BDC you should have some knowledge about service or even scheduling customers. This causes frustration to be directed towards service advisors who truthfully are not at fault for BDC being misleading and uneducated.
