It was a 50,000 service job.

It was a 50,000 service job. Always polite and wait time is minimal. Love this dealership. They let you know up front if something else needs to be done.

Shout out to MARK GONZALES of Toyota Of Denton!!!! This man is the real deal. I knew what I wanted and Mark made it happen - OVER THE PHONE. There was complete pricing transparency and the buying process was a breeze. From the salesperson (Mark Gonzales) to financing (Miguel) to the person that helped me get connected and learn the features of the vehicle before a long drive home (Simone), everyone was pleasant, respectful, and genuine. I got the price I wanted on a hard to find model without ever experiencing the discomfort we have all come to expect when walk into a car dealership. I live four hours away... when I need my next vehicle I'll do my research again of course, but my first (and probably only) call will be to Mark at Toyota Of Denton.

Make sure you read everything you sign.

Make sure you read everything you sign. They like to have you sign blank screens facing you. I got ripped off, and I just had a phone call w/ the finance manager who was SO unprofessional, my mouth dropped. He basically called me a liar. THEY ARE TERRIBLE PEOPLE. Shifty is too nice a word. The repeatedly blew up my phone with 5 calls in under 2 minutes. When I got mad at him for that, he said, "well it worked, didn't it?" Wow...all because he needed a copy of a license.

Oil and filter with tire rotation 110.00 . That's high . . I have purchased Toyota filters from Amazon and oil in the past . To me that's a little high . But I guess you have overheads
