When my Tacoma need a new engine Del found one with a 50k mile warranty, however when the engine supplier would not honor the warranty Del at McCarty purchase a warranty out of his own pocket so that we would have it when engine installed. Who does that? Only McCarty. Thank you Del and Crystal

We shopped on line for a few weeks. Came across the car we liked at McCarty Motors. I've bought quite a few cars before and was somewhat nervous about "car salesmen". Boy were we surprised!!! THIS PLACE IS AWESOME ! Friendliest people EVER. HONEST, NO PRESSURE, GREAT PRICES !!They gave us the key to the car, told us to test drive it...go have lunch, take all the time you need. I stopped in,had car checked over,computer scanned to make sure no hidden codes popped up in 50 miles.... NOT 1 SINGLE PROBLEM.... SOLD ! Needless to say, we bought the car. What a nice,solid,quality car.They even fixed a small problem before we drove away. No lemons here ! We live in Buena Vista,even though it is 150 mile away....I will check MCCARTY MOTORS first before I shop anywhere else. Del and Crystal are 1st class people. THE BEST ! SHOP HERE FIRST.... Working with Mr. Del Knouse, owner of McCarty Motors, was the best car buying experience we've had thus far. When my husband totaled his pickup, neither of us were looking forward to the process of finding a new one. Living in southern Wyoming, the pickings for quality used vehicles in our area are slim. We began scouring the internet for a vehicle that fit our criteria and found one at McCarty that seemed to fit the bill. I emailed Mr. Knouse and he promptly responded, inviting us to come take a look at the vehicle even though our availability only allowed us time on a Sunday. In Colorado, vehicles cannot be sold on Sundays and generally, dealerships are closed. Mr. Knouse kindly met with us on a Sunday afternoon, answered our questions about the vehicle and handed over the keys. He assured us we were no inconvenience and to take as much time as we needed to drive the vehicle. We didn't even need to explore other options. We returned the next day to start the paperwork and Mr. Knouse handled everything with a level of professionalism I've never encountered with a large dealership. He is knowledgeable of the process and even though we were unable to complete the paperwork that day, Mr. Knouse allowed us to take the vehicle home so we wouldn't have to return for it. He was kind to our rambunctious young children and explained every step we needed to take. He accommodated our availability, even providing his cell phone number in case we got held up on our way there. The vehicle itself was squeaky clean and he was completely up front with all of the history, even providing the CarFax. Without a doubt, we will return to McCarty Motors for our future vehicle needs!
