AWFUL experience with Deel Volkswagen and Cesar (the used sales manager). Abusive tactics and outright lies. I made a deal, sight unseen, with a salesman that was helpful and eager to please. I disclosed up front that I was bringing my own financing to the table, and would be sending a bank draft check. Given COVID and the fact that I'm ~4 hours away, this was the only option. The salesman explained that it was not uncommon, and we proceeded to negotiate the terms of the sale. Fast forward a bit, I couldn't get them to send a buyer's order. When I pressed, the salesman told me that he could no longer sell it to me, and wouldn't explain why. I pressed, and start hearing someone in the background saying "do you want me to tell him?". He hands the phone to the person, who is Cesar, the pre-owned sales manager. After initially stating that they don't accept full purchases or deposits on vehicles (obviously BS), he finally says *************"I'd rather sell it to someone that finances through us, as we'll make more money that way. So I'm not going to sell it to you". He hung up after this, and I didn't bother calling back.*************** This is a HALLMARK of a smarmy dealership, an unethical tactic, and should serve as a warning to anyone that these people are not to be trusted. When I reported it to Volkswagen of America, they informed me that this was not Volkswagen's policy, and that their dealers should not do this. Unfortunately there's no recourse, but I feel inclined to share the experience to warn others about dealing with Deel's sales team.

BAIT AND SWITCH! Has 2019 CPO Jetta R-Line advertise at $16,799 - when you get the "real" numbers, they want close to $20k before taxes and fees. Instead of honoring their advertised price, they blame their internet provider, the "algorithm".

i went to this dealer same day i retuned my lease with a mercedes benz c300, came with the intention of leasing a tiguan but after a test driving with it and then the vw GLi i had no dough about what car to choose, I'm driving my GLi and I'm loving it, salesman in there was amazing i can say the best eve, the great deal the attention, not pressure it was just amazing Andy is an A1 Salesman Im glad i decided to go to feel vw and happy to have the fortune to deal with Andy, hightly recommended.
