Casey Subaru customer experience: On May 25th 2023, I purchased a pre-owned 2021 Nissan Frontier from Casey Subaru. After working with their sales team, in particular Caleb and Courtney, I decided that this was going to be my next vehicle. After some lively discussion, we agreed on a price and then it was off to sign the papers for my truck. I met with Paul, their finance manager, who walked me through the various options related to my financing this vehicle, and, after an hour, the truck was mine. Now, with my keys in hand, it was time to drive my truck off the lot. However, as I started to pull out of the dealership, I happened to notice that the check engine light came on, after coming to a complete stop, I parked my truck and went back inside the showroom to share my short lived driving experience with Caleb. So, this is where it got interesting and where I first met Jimmy, the service manager for Casey Subaru who would turn out to be a “Rock star” in this adventure. After checking the service code it was determined that, I would not be driving my vehicle home that evening. I was fortunate that my vehicle had an extended warranty that allowed me the opportunity to receive a loaner vehicle from Casey while my truck was in for repair. I am sure you are thinking, so what was the issue? Well after owning my truck for 4 months, it was returned five times for the same issue. What did I learn from this experience? If you are going to buy a pre-owned vehicle, buy it from a dealership whose staff care, not just about the problem that the customer is dealing with, but about the experience the customer deserves. At each point in my interaction with the Casey Subaru team, I was impressed not only from the leadership shown by Travis Winn, General Manager, but also from Jimmy, Subaru’s service manager and superstar, who, without his help, would have made this a nightmare experience. My interaction with all the staff at Casey Subaru was truly amazing. Thank you all for all your help and understanding through this challenging time. This is my hometown dealership. Felix, Cam, James, and Caleb made purchasing a vehicle a good experience. Great customer service culture at this dealership and great management. Secured the vehicle I wanted in my price range, and fought to get the best interest rate possible. I would recommend this team to anyone looking to get a new car.

After months of other dealerships giving me reasons why
After months of other dealerships giving me reasons why they can’t make my request happen, Caleb called me to tell me he could get me what i wanted just days after shooting an email. Felix made the sales process a conversation and stuck to the initial quote with no surprises. James made financing easy, Jay made the insurance segment easy and fast, and Cam made the final paperwork and additional warranty a smooth process with low pressure. 10/10 experience. I will be back and will refer people.

Outstanding staff
Everything went well. All staff members were great and had all the answers. Would highly recommend everyone. Especially liked Caleb he took the time to explain everything about the car.

A great experience
My car broke down near this dealership and everyone went out of their way to help me get a new car for a fantastic price! It’s always been a pain buying a car but everyone was so nice and friendly and helpful - they made it a fun experience! Can’t say enough good things about everyone in sales and the managers. I LOVE my new car!!!

2012 Dodge Durango R/T
I found a used 2012 Dodge Durango online. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted to pay and they made it happen. Caleb was very laid back and no pressure. Michael Gibbs was by far the cherry on top of this experience. He was funny, personable, and worked hard for us. After leaving with my car, about two weeks later Michael calls me to tell me that he found me a new bank with a better interest rate which, subsequently, lowered my payment by around $13.00 a month. I have never had this happen as long as I have been buying cars. This experience absolutely blew me away. I would absolutely recommend this dealership and more specifically, Caleb and Michael.
