Angela Galarza 4 reviews Do not buy a car from Autolika!! My 19 year old son paid almost $14,000 cash (money that he worked very hard to save up for his first car) for a beautiful 2016 Audi. TWO MONTHS after the purchase, the car is not drivable and needs a new engine. Under a hour after he drove it off the lot, the coolant light came on and needed to be returned to Autolika for immediate repairs. The engine light came on two weeks later. We took the car back to have it looked at. Autolika kept it for three days and told us to come pick it up. Upon picking the car up, my son asked for a receipt so we could have a record of what was done. The answer they gave him was “if you want to pay for the repairs, then we’ll give you the receipt”. So my son left with what he thought was a repaired car and no record of what was done. Three weeks later, the engine light comes on again. Autolika refused to look at it (they said it’s past 30 days). We took it to an Audi specialist and paid an embarrassing amount of money for them to dissemble and diagnose the engine just to tell us it needs a NEW engine (due to issues that I will not disclose due to possible legal action) or replace it with a used engine. The specialist said it “definitely looks like someone has been messing with this engine”. So we are left with a beautiful piece of junk and an extremely upset son. Also, the owner is not always available. Whenever we tried to call to get in touch with Autolika, they said all repairs had to be approved by the owner and they never know when he’s going to show up because he passes out drunk every night. Our experience was awful and I would hate to see anyone else go through this horror. Do not buy a car from Autolika!!! You don’t know what you’re going to get. Not worth the gamble! After writing a Google review the owner rudely replied and later took down his response and replaced it with another one strangely blaming my son for the issue. Buyer beware!!! The owner nor anyone at Autolika ever mentioned any damage to the engine when my son brought it in multiple times to have it looked at or during any of the other many phone calls or texts that were exchanged. The lack of professionalism this place has is lacking and obvious. I am a kindergarten teacher, my husband works for the hotel business, and my son is a 19 year old first-time car buyer. We are left with a car that needs a new/used engine installed (cost of engine + 20 hours of labor, a hefty additional cost for a recently purchased car), we have had to spend tons of additional money to get whatever information us ignorant buyers could find out (because Autolika refused to help us), and I strongly do not recommend anyone buying a car from Autolika. Not worth the potential problems. If I can save just one buyer from going through what we are going through, it was worth the time and money spent. BUYER BEWARE!! Do you really want to risk buying a car that might drive of the lot with immediate issues that continue past the 30 days and have the owner be ok with selling you that kind of “AS IS” car? Go somewhere else!

Good experience
I bought a 2011 Audi A4. Buying experience was very good. Car had one key fob. Audi wanted almost $800 for a new one, Nick and Milo hooked me up with someone who did it for $350. When I got the car home I bought a new engine air filter and a cabin air filter. I was surprised to find the engine air filter was brand new. Moved on to the cabin air filter which is a little more of a pain to replace. What do you know, it was new too. So far the car runs great, very pleased.

I purchased a used car from Autolika a couple weeks ago, and I couldn't be happier. Do not I repeat do not buy a car here every car that I drove from their dealership broke down including the one I bought after taking it to the dealer I have found out that every code in the computer was wiped clean before my purchase so it gave you the impression that it was in great shape

Very dissatisfied
Bought an Audi A4 and not even 2000 miles have been put on it since bought. The car is drinking oil and I have already had it in the shop twice and it’s going back again. Horrible vehicle and I’m pretty sure they knew it had issues.

Good Customer Service
Got a great little VW 2009 EOS. Was just the right price, and worked out better for me. Was worth the 8 hour round trip we made. Milo was very helpful getting me the paperwork mailed to me that I requested. That meant a lot! Very good all around.

Contacted Milo from Autolika about a car and placed a cash offer via email before even seeing or test driving the car in person. got a 2 words respond. " Get Lost" then followed by a sarcastic email about how low my offer. car was priced around $10 k, and 7 years old with almost 100 k miles on it . my starting offer was $7500 cash which is close to KBB value. so if their sales manager customer service is at this low level of professionalism can you imagine the rest of the process would be?? Stay away from this dealer.
